Initially when I came in I was overlooked and ignored then sent to an area where they were not expecting me and had the wrong information. The sales associate was rude and had no knowledge of the product and was very dismissive. Still purchased the item because it was my son’s birthday and he wanted them. Got home and realized she had sold me the wrong item. Went back to store and she walked up and apologized for giving me the wrong item. The experience was very unsettling and I felt discriminated against and mistreated. Definitely made me not want to shop at Best Buy again. Very bad experience.

Way better than last Gen!

They look similar to last gen but the audio quality wow big diference. They are also more responsive and the case is premium quality. I recommend!

Ex: you cannot look at something and ask how much does it cost while a quick Google picture with your phone could answer that. If the glasses ran off of gemini/ Google the glasses would be amazing.

Maybe it was just a lemon.

Great until it wasnt

I dont know why they removed it. It was the coolest feature on the glasses. That and istagram requires 1000 followers if you want to go live. The video recording is great but not worth it.
