Customer service is horrible, 18 days and they would not cover, or exchange , you have to spend 60 dollars more on a extended warranty through best buy. After the glasses have started burning me and drain battery in second and mics don't work anymore.

I absolutely hated them. It is very difficult to navigate the features. The instructions are vague. The music connect would randomly stop connecting. The voice app is weak. I ended up returning them.

I loved these glasses at first .... but they are cheap quality this is the second pair I bought because the screw fell out of the first pair ... a screw .... don't even think for a moment that Best Buy extra warranty and protection will help ... they won't even replace the screw that holds the arm on it ..... not even if I paid them ..... worthless protection plans at Best Buy ( best butt) so I bought another pair - 6 months later ... screw fell out of these ! Never EVER again!

Stopped working after 6 months. The worst part was that I wanted the same ones because I had gotten the prescription lenses, and then they tell me that they don’t have them anymore, and another worst part was that I paid extra for the protection

Standard size is too tight and large size is loose. Too expensive for the features provided. When I tried to get the prescription glasses from ray ban they were around $700.

Glasses are too large, even at the smallest size. Best Buy’s only option is return it and go directly to Ray Ban to purchase.

They are pretty cool, but the phone call feature nobody on the other end of the call can hear me, also it barely responds to “Hey Meta” you have to keep repeating yourself or almost yell for it to respond! I don’t like that at all, also they scratch easily.

Hi there, David! Thanks for reaching out and providing your feedback. We really appreciate it.

There are a few steps we recommend taking in order to hopefully resolve this for you:

      - Make sure you are on the latest software and app version (App version needs to be 143 or above)
      - Check if the glasses are up to date by navigating to Settings > "Device Name" > Updates
Turn the Microphone Adjustment Toggle to "On"
      - Open the Meta View App and navigate to Settings > "Device Name" > Microphone Troubleshooting
      - Retest the microphone to see if the issue is fixed
Note: Toggling the Microphone Adjustment Toggle mid-call creates issues with audio quality. You can turn the toggle on and keep it on permanently if it resolves the issue.

If this issue still persists, we highly recommend reaching out to our Support Team so they can work with you more directly and request a few more details to help resolve the microphone issue on your glasses. You can find them on the Meta Quest Help Center on our website and they'll be more than happy to help! RaybanStories

Terrible service I was told they had a certain product left work to get them got there was not there then I was sent to another store and was told they didn’t have the product there either so they were gonna leave me empty handed with no glasses. I ended up getting the Oakley metas I love them.
