Easy to use. Clear images. Good sound. They are great for handsfree video's of horseback trail riding.

These are so cool. I use them to record my photo sessions and also when I work out. I was surprised by the speaker quality as I had simply bought them for the photo/video quality. It’s nice to have “headphones” I don’t have to put in my ears. The “Hey Meta” function works nicely too. The only issue you may run into is if you have long hair you’ll need to pin it back or tuck it behind your ears because it gets in the way when you’re trying to record.

Love the new meta glasses, they are very easy to use and the camera is great!

These Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarers are awesome — stylish, comfortable, and packed with useful features. I wore them to a bluegrass festival and fishing trip, and captured amazing hands-free photos and videos. The sound quality is great for music and calls, and the voice control makes everything easy. A perfect mix of fashion and tech. Highly recommend!

I picked up the Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer (Gen 2) with clear lenses in Matte Black from Best Buy last week, and wow – these exceeded every expectation I had! They look and feel exactly like classic Ray-Bans – super stylish, lightweight, and comfortable for all-day wear without anyone knowing they’re smart glasses.

I’m gonna give these a 4/5. My only reason for this rating is due to the battery life, other than that, I love them! They’re excellent!

Purchased as a Xmas gift for my son and the are very cool. Most have said that the battery life is bad and we haven’t had many issues with that. Took them to Yosemite and my son loved the ease of being able to take video and pictures. The sound quality is pretty good as are the pictures and video. I’m sure the upscale on the Gen 2 models is superb. Nonetheless, very happy with this pair so far.

Im a sound engineer, bought for the purpose of recording live shows or other social media activities, as well as daily use (obviously). The video was my main concern as i didnt expect much from the internal mic, i was thoroughly surprised. Exceeding 105 db the audio is definitely suffering but under this however, for say a duo/trio show that stays around 80-90 db, i could get id say 80-85% clarity in my audio with no editing. The video is CRISP and CLEAR. I expected as much but was concerned with motion blur or other weird things going on during a performance. People move lol. This was NOT the case in ANY way. My only complaint is the shortness of video length. 3 minute max hurts. The price is honestly not that much more than the normal Wayfarer or for comparative brands. All in all, such a cool piece of tech to add to your daily life!

I have always been a Ray Ban fan! Wayfarers are my favorite. I also have the Stories version. I think the Meta version is intended to supersede the Stories version as they are very similar. As I have both versions, I will comment on some of the differences between the two. I did not receive this in retail packaging. So, I have no comments on the packaging. You receive the case, glasses, a cloth and some paperwork. The case charges via USB-C. YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A USB-C CORD or CHARGER. I was really surprised by this. The set up was really easy as I already had the Meta app. I added a new device and the process first failed. You need to press the button on the back of the case to put the Meta glasses into pairing mode. Once this was done, I could easily add the glasses to the Meta app. So I now had the Stories and Meta glasses available in the Meta app. Using the Meta glasses is straight forward. You turn them on with the slider on the inside of the frame. One click takes a picture (On the Stories one click takes a video). A double click takes a video (On the Stories this takes a picture). I always hated how the one click took a video instead of a picture on the Stories. I took many 1 second videos ARGH! Please look at the picture taken from each version of glasses. Audio works the same. You use the right frame to slide your finger and adjust the volume. The sound is fine but it is open air listening. It is OK but not as good as using ear buds. Your sound will be impacted by a noisy environment. I find the fit to be a little narrow on the Meta. My Stories are fine for fitment. The Meta version is narrower. I do not have a super large head as far as I know. For me, the fit of the Stories is better. The case of the Meta version is nicer than the Stories. It looks and feels like leather. I do not think it is leather though. The charging is from near the bridge of the nose area. It does fit snug in the case. The case is slightly smaller. I did switch the Meta glasses to a different phone for testing. You need to remove the glasses from the Meta app on the old phone. You need to factory reset the Meta glasses. Initiate pairing for the Meta glasses and then pair them to the different phone. You cannot use the glasses on two different phones (aka Facebook accounts). Summary – The Ray Ban Wayfarer Meta are great smart glasses! I rate them 4 out of 5 stars. I deduct a star as there is no USB-C charging cable provided. For a smaller head I would pick the Meta version. For a larger head I would pick the Stories version. You should try them on before you buy one.

Worth every penny. If you’re debating on buying them just buy them, from translate to crystal clear video. Charges quick. Had them for 3months and use them everyday with no issues at all

Bought these for my wife for Christmas. She absolutely loves them. She films content for our small business and now having her hands free to record has been a big help for her. She has had no complaints as far as fit, weight, or battery concerns. She does keep them in the case and charged when she’s not wearing them so that helps.

Stylish smart glasses with good photo and video quality. Meta AI works well for voice commands and translations. Battery lasts around 3 hours. Audio is okay but not great for music. Requires Meta account. Some privacy concerns due to small recording light.
