Honestly sometimes the wait is long for a sales person to assist but once they do come they are very pleasant. I love the transition of the lenses from clear to green. So I admit I'm a techie, but this product exceeded my expectations. The sound quality on the open ear speakers is mind-blowing, yet so private. The conversational AI is what takes it over the top. Whether I have a quick question I can ask the AI or have to take a picture, these glasses keep me in the moment and off of my phone which is something I was hoping they’d do. The audio comes through very well straight up becoming my favorite listening device for the gym replacing my sonos ace. The transition lens is quick when going outside. They look and feel like a $400 set of glasses and I’m looking forward towards wearing these all the time.

They do so much and make things so easy. They can do so much. Everything from simple text messages to going live on Facebook. There are only 2 small issues i have with them. The volume level dont get loud enough for me and also they are very sensitive to heat if you happen to leave them in your car. Otherwise they are excellent

Base is modest to low but most music sou da greag with it. The camera is okey as long as you a steady. The video cam is amazing but its max length for recording is 1min. When the battery dies, you have a great pair of regular au glasses
