Very convenient, from taking calls, to listening to music or just being in the moment phone free capturing the moment. You’ll love them, the only thing i do reccomend is if you are a tall individual (I am 6’3) I would opt for the Large size pair.

I love that I can talk on my phone without earbuds or putting the phone to my ear. I easily swapped out the lenses for my prescription ones, which was a breeze. However, the downside is that the advanced technology inside prevents the glasses from being adjusted like regular ones.
