You've mentioned that sometimes, there's issues connecting the glasses to your phone. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure the phone and glasses are both sufficiently charged and are close to each other.
- Turn glasses on and off.
- Unpair the glasses from your phone by forgetting the device from the Bluetooth settings of your phone and then try to pair again.
- Put your glasses into pairing mode; turn the glasses on by sliding the power switch toward the lens to the 'on' position then place the glasses inside the case. Press and hold the Bluetooth discovery button on the back of the case for 5 seconds until the LED on the front of the case turns blue.
- Ensure that both the glasses and Meta AI app are up to date.
If, after this, you are still experiencing issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our wonderful Customer Support team where one of our lovely colleagues would be more than happy to look into this for you.

I just want the option to shoot pictures and videos when I'm out and about. The option of being able to ask Meta what it is that I am looking at and the location that it is is very convenient especially on the run. The glasses themselves are a perfect accessory for style and function. When its sunny outside they become dark enough for the outside and they become clear when I'm inside and are very stylish. I am very happy with my glasses.

I really enjoy wearing them and the ability to talk without having in-ear headphones. Meta AI is smart enough to understand most of my requests. Pictures and videos are great. The transition lenses are good quality and they let the right amount of light go through.
