    They broke within 8 days, and even with Total Care coverage, I wasn't able to get them replaced. Very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service.

    Started out as a neat tech gadget. 1 year and 1 month later after always storing in the case, never getting wet, treated with kid gloves, the speakers failed, and could no longer interact with the glasses. Seems to be a common issue with Meta/Ray-Ban support troubleshooting steps not helping. Just out of warranty and busted. Expensive, cheaply made junk.

      It sounds like you were taking care of your AI Glasses really well, however the speakers stopped working after just a year and 1 month, that's of course no ideal.
