Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
In order to try and get your glasses to fully charge, please try out the following:
- Check and make sure there is nothing blocking the charging pins (located on the bridge of the docking pad inside the charging case).
- Connect the charging case to a power source and make sure its LED lights up while plugged in.
- Make sure there is no moisture on the charging pins - If there is moisture on the charging pins, either wait 24 hours for the pins to dry or wipe them off with a clean, dry cloth
- Also make sure case is charging correctly:
1. Try a different USB-C cable (using a USB-C adapter is recommended.)
2. Try a different power source
3. Try a different USB-C charging plug (if charging from a power outlet and not from a USB point)

Great voice command, clear picture and video, comfortable, and long battery life. I got the transitions because I'm still super cool. If you're thinking about a pair, go for it.

They just look like regular Ray-Bans, but the tech is crazy. The camera quality is better than I expected and being able to capture moments hands-free feels super natural. Audio is clean for music and calls, and I like that it doesn’t block out everything around me. Everything works smoothly — voice commands, controls, battery life — it doesn’t feel gimmicky at all. I actually use them daily, not just as a flex. Low-key one of my favorite pieces of tech right now.
