The consultant at the store assured me that the order would be delivered by October 16th. However, once I made the purchase in the app, it suddenly said “will ship on the 16th,” which already made the delivery late — but I decided to be patient. Well, today is October 21st, and the order is still “processing.” No updates, no emails, no tracking info — nothing. I finally decided to cancel the order, and to make things even worse, Best Buy is refunding only $379 out of the total $410 I paid (with taxes and fees). How is that even acceptable? This whole experience is beyond frustrating. Terrible communication, misleading delivery promises, and now incomplete refund? Shame on you, Best Buy. I’m done purchasing from you — this is absolute nonsense. If I could give zero stars I would

Now I’m not sure when I’m gonna get my package
