Glasses are awesome, BUT DO NOT BUY at Bestbuy

They feel comfortable. they look great, the sound is awesome, and the pictures/videos are okay. THE PROBLEM- if you buy at bestbuy you have a short return window if something happens. What happened to me is my glasses frame cracked after not even 1 week of use. Contacted bestbuy and they said the return window closed and there's nothing that can be done and that I would have to contact Rayban or Meta, but because you bought from Bestbuy, Rayban and Meta doesnt take it. The Solution- if you're dead set on buying from bestbuy, buy the warranty. If not get the glasses at Rayban. Reddit forums have people saying Rayban can either replace, fix, or offer a discount on a new pair even if you bought the glasses months ago. All of which bestbuy can and will not do unless its under warranty. Anytime I wanted electronics it was bestbuy. Now no more. Will be looking else where.

They have great quality and I use them to record content for my YouTube channel. I highly recommend these for anyone wanting to record videos or pictures handsfree. I do remodeling so when both of my hands are occupied it’s nice to just use my meta glasses and record myself installing flooring and etc. These are 100% worth every penny.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the Meta Glasses are as expected, the sound quality is pretty good and camera quality is very good. these also work better if you're an iPhone user over an Android user. having used these on both platforms, the Meta AI app just runs wild on Android devices. you cannot stop it from running in the background, and even with the glasses disconnected, the app likes to run itself. i tried setting it's battery usage mode to restricted and it just sets itself back to unrestricted. an app changing it's own settings is what i consider malware to to each their own. otherwise great product.
