That's the good news, and about the only thing keeping this off the bottom of the scale. The problems outweigh it, though. The Transitions Sapphire lenses don't come close to the advertising — they barely darken, even in direct sun, so you're not getting the sunglasses performance you paid for. Then the speakers failed completely: total audio loss that a full factory reset confirmed is a hardware defect, well inside the 12-month warranty. Getting it serviced has been the worst part. The online warranty portal loops back on itself and won't let you register or submit a claim, and support just keeps resending the same canned instructions instead of actually helping. At this price, the lenses should deliver and the warranty should work. Great concept, frustrating reality — I can't recommend these until the lens performance and the support process are fixed.

You just have to see them to believe them. One example simply would aid hearing impaired individuals by an intermediate real time transcription of spoken audio material shown right on the interior of the glasses. Same for translations.

The video quality is great, the transition lenses are decent but I do like that you’re able to wear inside and outside. Worth the purchase for sure.
