They caused a headache for the first week but after that it was okay. I wish you could turn the light off of them. I try just to wear them at work but when someone calls the light blinks!

However they are more “sleek” you could say. Gen 1s broke previously and have been more careful with these so I can’t say how durable they are.

On July 16, I ordered a Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 from Best Buy's website and picked it up from the store between 4:50 PM and 5:00 PM. After leaving the store, I opened the sealed box in my car and discovered that it contained a counterfeit pair of glasses with a "Not for Sale" marking instead of the product I purchased. I returned to the store less than a minute later. Instead of helping me, the customer service representative repeatedly accused me of replacing the glasses and falsely labeled me as a thief. I asked the store several times to review the security camera footage, but they refused. They also refused my return or exchange and told me to contact the manufacturer. Only after this happened did they tell me I should have opened the box inside the store. No one informed me of this when I picked up my order. I lost nearly $500, was left with a counterfeit product, and was treated like a criminal for reporting the issue. I respectfully request that Best Buy investigate this incident, review the security camera footage, determine how a counterfeit product ended up in my order, and provide an appropriate resolution. I have photos and videos of the product and packaging and can provide them upon request.
