I am not a tech savvy person, and I had no issue setting up my glasses with my device. The app teaches you step-by-step exactly how to use the glasses. Whether you’re a beginner like myself or knowledgeable with technology, these glasses are worth every penny. Capturing a moment while in the moment be at a video or a picture has been an awesome experience. It’s also nice that you are 100% hands-free I find it a plus that I can wear my glasses and say for example , hey Meta call Amanda, and instantly you’re being connected. The video quality is great battery life is amazing. I am terrible at charging my device. The battery lasts so long that if you’re forgetful like me and forget to plug them in not a problem I average about 32 hours of battery life with consistent use. Picture quality is actually better than my phone. Audio comes through great. I have not experienced any connectivity issues or issues while in a conversation where the call has been dropped or I’m losing service so that that’s been a big plus. Do you have all performance of these glasses whether you want them for just one of the features or all of the features, they are all just one hey Meta or a quick swipe of your finger on the side of the glasses to do exactly what you want the glasses to do. The app makes it more helpful as there are many features where you can personalize the glasses and the app to best suit your needs. I wasn’t sure these were going to be a great fit being a beginner, but it has been beginner friendly. I now consider myself an experienced user. I thought I would dislike the color of the frames, especially considering I don’t wear glasses, but everyone agrees that they look natural on my face. I opted for the indoor and outdoor lenses and have not noticed any issues with my eyesight during the transition. In fact, I don’t even notice the transition. With these you have everything you need right at your eyes and for those of you that love capturing the moment you’re going to love these glasses. I have used them at amusement parks, I used them driving, I use them at work, I’m not a content creator, but I do record videos. I prefer videos more so than pictures, but both are amazing quality. Videos from me is just a preference for me to reflect back on the moment in real time. I have even gotten these glasses, wet and dropped them in the wave pool at an amusement park. I visited this summer. They were submerged for about 15 minutes. To my surprise, there was no damage at all. I do suggest purchasing the insurance plan just because you never know and I thought that that moment was gonna be one of those you never know moments I did not have to use it, but it literally covers everything. Even the most minor of scratches on your lenses if I’m not wearing mine, I do keep them stored in the case. For the integrity and longevity of the glasses that would be my suggestion for you as well all of my not so technology up-to-date folks, I was once for you too. I actually thought I was gonna need to return these due to not being able to use them, but it is completely self-explanatory during setup of the app. There’s no way to make a mistake. You will not regret this purchase.

While we definitely design these to be sturdy, surviving a 15 minute submersion with zero damage is an absolute win! Your advice to fellow users about keeping them in the charging case to protect their longevity is spot-on, and recommending the insurance plan is incredibly smart.

He’s been wanting this for a long time, but I couldn’t afford them. This isn’t the newest model but the price is lower so I got them for his birthday. He LOVES them! He can listen to music and hear phone calls. He loves being able to take pics and record sporting events. The video quality is pretty good. Could be better but not bad. These glasses are pretty nifty!
