    The arm broke the 4th time taking them out of the case. Hopefully they redesign soon cause otherwise they were awesome

    Rayban is falling behind the AI glasses war, 2nd gen should have included some kind of water resistance since these glasses look good and are functional. The competition offers more for a fraction of the price.

    The glasses leave much to be desired. Weird aspect ratio. Doesn't always recognize when it's on. Can't use while wearing a hat. Better off waiting for Gen 3.

    Overall this was too much money for me. I think meta can do better and add more to these glasses. Personally also add more styles. Your insurance should be able to cover them and that might make them more sellable.

    I was not able to use the features like the LIVE AI, i wish they would be honest instead of advertising things you may get access to in the future. That is one of the reasons i got the glasses.

    I ordered Meta glasses from Best Buy on October 9th as a birthday gift for my husband (his birthday is October 17th). The consultant at the store assured me that the order would be delivered by October 16th. However, once I made the purchase in the app, it suddenly said “will ship on the 16th,” which already made the delivery late — but I decided to be patient. Well, today is October 21st, and the order is still “processing.” No updates, no emails, no tracking info — nothing. I finally decided to cancel the order, and to make things even worse, Best Buy is refunding only $379 out of the total $410 I paid (with taxes and fees). How is that even acceptable? This whole experience is beyond frustrating. Terrible communication, misleading delivery promises, and now incomplete refund? Shame on you, Best Buy. I’m done purchasing from you — this is absolute nonsense. If I could give zero stars I would

    I placed a order for meta Ray-Ban’s on the 6th for in store pickup because the employee said it would arrive faster then shipping and it’s now the 18th and still haven’t received my order that was said to arrive the 14th no compensation for the inconvenience and the delay. Now I’m not sure when I’m gonna get my package

    Bought these glasses to record content for my business, but the glasses don’t import your media in chronological order and there’s no way to make them. It just leaves me with a random bunch of videos to try to figure out the order to make a video. Had I know this I definitely wouldn’t have wasted over $400.

    Annoying flashing white light when recording

    Was using the glasses to film my son’s school play, but the white flashing light that I couldn’t turn off was like a beacon in the dark theater. I returned them because of this and the fact that they aren’t really useful.

    Bought em , thought set up was simple ,but couldn't get glasses to pair , try all different ways, try to contact help but just said to make appointment to get help in person from meta , i bought them to take videos of trip i was going on, but they didn't work so they getting returned, set up shouldn't have to be hard especially for what they cost

    Too heavy on my ears and tried adjusting them but you can’t do much to fit your face

      If you're having problems with the fit of your new AI Glasses, then we'd recommend visiting the retailer or an optician who may be able to adjust the fit for you.

      As for the weight, we'd suggest using them for a few hours each day to get used to the heaviness, once it's become more regular to wear them they should start to feel lighter.

      However, if you're still finding your AI Glasses uncomfortable with the weight and fit, then you can always return them with our 30-day return policy.
