Very nice glasses I’m very recommend them very good life batteries and very clear and good quality photos and videos

I recently tried the Ray-Ban smart glasses, and to be honest, at first I thought they would just be like any ordinary sunglasses. But after wearing them, I was surprised—they let me listen to music, take calls, and the design is really stylish. The only downside is that even at maximum volume, the sound is still a bit quiet, especially in noisy environments. I also wish there was a feature that translates directly into Korean quickly as well.

The Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer glasses are a masterclass in blending iconic style with practical, high-end tech. Having worn traditional Wayfarers for years, I was impressed by how lightweight and natural these feel despite the hardware packed inside.

The more you use the glasses the more they seem capable of doing . You need to keep your expectations reasonable. I found that the open ear sound on the glasses was surprisingly clear and had a little more bass than I had expected. Not club bass but enough to make the music not sound tinny and flat. The phone calls are way cleaner than my AirPods and unlike my AirPods I have yet to have anyone ask if I am on speakerphone. The battery life is great. It does get somewhat tiresome to keep saying “Hey Meta”. There is a follow up time frame to expand on the answer you are given but should be longer. There is an option for “always on” but it listens to everything and drains the battery. The camera is seamless with AI and identifying things around you but as with all AI the results are hit and miss. Photos and video are decent.

Video/picture and sound quality are fantastic. Very comfortable to wear.

Glasses have been great, video quality is awesome and so is pictures. The only thing I don’t like it the led light when recording.

Wore my glasses on a recent tour of France. The sound is amazing. Enjoyed not having to wear earbuds. Took pictures with the camera. Pictures are clear. Still need to study up and more uses especially in translation of languages.

[Employee of bestbuy] When the battery dies, you still have polarized sunglasses. Use the meta ai app to set it up. Comfortable, not too heavy, gen 2 has longer battery life. I usually keep it on the off position unless im going to use it as headsphones or 1st person video for exploring.

Trying out the new meta glasses. I like how it has transition lens where I can use them indoors and outdoor. Helps when they become like sunglasses outdoors. It’s helpful from not having you switch to a different pair of glasses. The battery life on this is good to record videos and take pictures. Happy with the purchase.

Great product for pov videos and the quality is great

Meta Glasses are okay in very controlled situations, but they fall short in real-world use. In a quiet environment, the translation feature works reasonably well. Speech is picked up clearly, and the translations are generally accurate enough to follow a conversation, although there is a noticeable delay that can disrupt natural back-and-forth dialogue. Where the glasses really struggle is anywhere with background noise. In noisy environments—such as cafés, offices, or public spaces—the microphone has difficulty isolating speech, making translations unreliable or unusable. They are especially hopeless when walking on the road. Traffic noise, wind, and movement almost completely break the experience, to the point where the translation feature becomes ineffective. Overall, Meta Glasses feel more like a proof of concept than a polished product. They can work if you are standing still in a quiet room, but they are not practical for travel, outdoor use, or everyday situations where noise and movement are unavoidable.

I love the fit and sound quality but not having the ability to use my voice to move meta information into other chat bots like deep seek, or Claude.
