I need to reach out to Ray Ban/ Meta the battery life on my glasses without use throughout the day last maybe 1.5hrs before they tell me to recharge them.

Before I bought them, I thought they wouldn’t have much use, but I’ve been wearing them a lot and surprisingly, I’ve been using the live translation feature.

The temples are quite uncomfortable, they seem to be made of three different plastic pieces that are attached to each other. Leading to uneven, and sharp edges that dig into my skin. If only they had paid attention to the quality of the frames a bit more. They feel like toys. I am split because i like the features a lot, but having them be so uncomfortable is a huge downside.

The quality isnt the highest but the thing is when my kids see me pull out my phone they stop what they are doing. With these glasses I’m snapping photos and videos left and right an my kids arent the wiser.

I don't know if the problem was with the glasses' connection or the case's connection. I found the case's connection to be very poorly made because when you put the glasses in the case, they don't fit very securely. You can move the corners of the glasses up and down, which will likely damage both connections over time. The recordings are excellent and have very good resolution. Another negative point is that it only records videos for a maximum of 3 minutes, and if you don't have a timer in front of you, you don't know when the 3 minutes of filming are up. I found this absurd; it makes no sense for the glasses to only record for 3 minutes. I was on vacation and i used it for just 1 day, i'd like to make videos on rolie coasters and now i have zero videos. Of course i will return it when i come back from my vacation.

The audio quality is decent and the camera works well for quick photos and videos. However, there is a major problem that people should know about before buying. These glasses must be paired to a Meta account to work. If your Meta account ever gets hacked, suspended, or banned, the glasses basically become useless. You can’t properly use the features you paid for without access to that account. That means a product that costs hundreds of dollars can turn into a paperweight overnight. For something this expensive, there should be a backup login method or device-level access that doesn’t rely entirely on a Meta account. Until that changes, buyers should understand the risk before purchasing. Cool concept, but the heavy account dependency makes it hard to recommend.
