    The glasses were really large for my husband’s face and heavy. The picture was not really clear but was overall not a bad product.

    Third pair, first pair the microphone stopped working and no one could hear me on calls. The second pair were stolen in transit and now waiting on the third pair

    Glasses would be great I wish there was a way to zoom into photos and for them to not get hot soo fast and not allow me to do anything

    Glasses were useless to me due to the fact that I wear prescriptions. 500 for sub par glasses then another 500 for transition/ progressive-prescription. 1000$???

    These things suck! I purchased these glasses and they dont turn on outisde of the box. I tried everything and they dont turn on outside of the charging case. I reached out to best buy and (out of their return time) i reached out to ray-ban and they’re basically telling me the same thing. I dont know if these companies think $500+ is just some pocket change but im still trying to see whose going to help me resolve issue but as of now i would NOT RECOMMEND these high demand glasses to just be running in circles with best buy and ray-ban on how to fix a defective product. They sent instructions on how to factory reset but they must not understand that they DO NOT TURN ON outsid of the charging case so i cannot do that! Dont buy this, save your money.

    Not comfortable for me. They worked perfectly, it's just I didn't like the way the feel on my face, Kind of made hurt the bridge of my nose.

    Its Ok i had the exact same same one but Gen 1. I'm disappointed because they don't sell the one that I actually wanted with the ban. That's the only reason I stick with him. Because I wanted an upgrade, unfortunately, they don't have them in this store. In my area have the travel about one hundred and sixty miles 160 miles to upgrade to the ones I'm actually interested

    I bought this for my husband for Christmas. It worked for about a week and then no longer wanted to connect to his phone. After troubleshooting, which included a trip to Geek Squad, there was nothing that could be done. We ended up returning and NOT purchasing a new one. Disappointing.

    I like the glasses but didnt like the glossy finish cause they get scratch real easily.i wouldn't recommend the glossy finish glasses instead,i would buy the matte black glasses

    Stretches on the frames!

    I purchased the glasses less than two weeks ago and while they’re in the case, the handles get stretches all over them and on the frames. Unacceptable for the cost.

    Bought them from the store and drove to apartment got my wallet from the house came back and someone stole that along with my backpack with my work equipment sooooo i don’t know
