That 12 MP ultra-wide camera is surprisingly good, isn't it? Overall they're pretty futuristic, but stylish at the same time. The seamless combination of technology with a familiar, classic Ray-Ban design is what we believe makes them truly innovative.

You've mentioned that sometimes, there's issues connecting the glasses to your phone. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure the phone and glasses are both sufficiently charged and are close to each other.
- Turn glasses on and off.
- Unpair the glasses from your phone by forgetting the device from the Bluetooth settings of your phone and then try to pair again.
- Put your glasses into pairing mode; turn the glasses on by sliding the power switch toward the lens to the 'on' position then place the glasses inside the case. Press and hold the Bluetooth discovery button on the back of the case for 5 seconds until the LED on the front of the case turns blue.
- Ensure that both the glasses and Meta AI app are up to date.
If, after this, you are still experiencing issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our wonderful Customer Support team where one of our lovely colleagues would be more than happy to look into this for you.
