    The glasses look great. Unfortunately the pair I received had a couple hairline cracks in them, so had to return. But excited to get a new pair of the same

    I bought these glases on the 5th of October, this year for a trip to Africa. I really wantsd to document my trip. Ut just 2 days into my trip and bearly a week after i picked upy pair, they stopped working.

    Did not receive. I csncelled this order after the agent confirmed, several times that it would be delivered same day. I called and canelled order at the end of the day. I requrstse manager escalation and that never came.

    Dont buy these. If stolen or lost, there is absolutely no way of tracking them. The picture and video quality isnt great either.

    UPS did not deliver the package, they "lost" it.

    The item never arrived, UPS never delivered it. The item still appears as "Out for Delivery" on my account after a month. Bestbuy never returned the certificates I used to pay for the item. Horrible experience.
