I’ve had so much fun taking pictures and videos foem this pov. I wish rhe batterry life was better. If you take a few videos 1-2 mins long, they die pretry fast.

Got lucky after going back and forth four times.

I spoke with a clerk who gave me helpful information, so I decided to come back on Black Friday to purchase them. Unfortunately, no one was available to help me, and I left the store disappointed. I returned again that Sunday, and once more, I couldn’t find a clerk to assist me. I left without making the purchase. I really wanted to buy the glasses as a gift for my boyfriend, so I tried again on Wednesday. Still, no one was available. I asked someone at the front, and I was told to wait for a clerk from the home appliances section. After waiting and looking around for help, the same employee noticed I was still there and decided to help me. I told him I had come back four times, and thankfully, he saved the day. Because of him, I was finally able to buy the Meta glasses. I love Best Buy and the products you offer, but the store clearly needs more staff available to help customers. The experience was frustrating, even though the product itself was a hit—my boyfriend absolutely loves the Meta glasses.
