6 months in and they dont work. They do not turn on anymore

The glasses look great. Unfortunately the pair I received had a couple hairline cracks in them, so had to return. But excited to get a new pair of the same

Can't hear out the glasses and was told they couldn't exchange them

This product is excellent for everyday use .... especially on a sunny day listening to my favorite song.

The glasses felt great. Like wearing old school Raybans.

I like the basic functionality but don’t like that they light up when videoing or taking pictures.

Glasses were ok, but unless giy wear them all the time, its not reallt worth it.

I bought these glases on the 5th of October, this year for a trip to Africa. I really wantsd to document my trip. Ut just 2 days into my trip and bearly a week after i picked upy pair, they stopped working.

Really liked them at first, than they started over heating. Really annoying

Broke a month later and now I’m out $300 for glasses that don’t work

Did not receive. I csncelled this order after the agent confirmed, several times that it would be delivered same day. I called and canelled order at the end of the day. I requrstse manager escalation and that never came.

This review is more to Best Buy. I was promised next day delivery but they couldn’t deliver on that promise and failed to delivery it at all

Dont buy these. If stolen or lost, there is absolutely no way of tracking them. The picture and video quality isnt great either.

The item never arrived, UPS never delivered it. The item still appears as "Out for Delivery" on my account after a month. Bestbuy never returned the certificates I used to pay for the item. Horrible experience.

The charge time absolutely sucks definitely would not purchase again

No worth 350.00 Too many features are only unlocked if you are accepted to the meta beta program. Not ready for market at all!

The ai sucks on here and so does the camera at nighttime

First few times I used them. Gave me headache so heavy around ears. But got use to it. Then all sudden camera won’t take pic says hair in way.. looks like foggy inside lens

I don’t review many items (if any at all) but I had a lot of questions before purchasing and a lot were answered after I purchased. First off, I wanted a nice pair of sun glasses so I was willing to take a risk on the price. I bought the larger and they fit perfectly. The look is great and I’m really particularly about sunglasses so that was also a fear with buying online. The handle of the glasses are not obtrusive like other Bluetooth glasses. The sound is really good (although I haven’t had a chance for someone else to tell me how I sound to them or if the background noise is too much yet). I was skeptical about calling Bluetooth glasses Smart Glasses. However, after usage I understand the reference better. Of course the glasses connect to your phone and plays music but it also has a 1 touch to play Spotify. That’s nice but not enough to call “Smart” yet. However, what was unexpected and does put into the “Smart” category is its ability to take photos and videos of what you are looking at with your phone in your pocket. The photos and videos are as clear (at least to me) as what I would expect with my iPhone 15. You have to download the app for the glasses but the app is also nice and useful. I’m not one for reading instructions so once I saw the QR code in the box, downloaded the app, I just followed the on screen instructions and was an easy set up. The case charges the glasses through USB C Finaly I’ll just add, if I were to lose these glasses (which I often do with other sun glasses) I would buy these again….hopefully I don’t have to bc they are quite pricey.

10/10 absolutely love these glasses. Been eyeballing them since early this year and finally pulled the trigger. Thankfully they were everything I thought they were. Only complaint if any at all, battery life is not all that great but other than that they work flawlessly.
