Glasses were useless to me due to the fact that I wear prescriptions. 500 for sub par glasses then another 500 for transition/ progressive-prescription. 1000$???

Its Ok i had the exact same same one but Gen 1. I'm disappointed because they don't sell the one that I actually wanted with the ban. That's the only reason I stick with him. Because I wanted an upgrade, unfortunately, they don't have them in this store. In my area have the travel about one hundred and sixty miles 160 miles to upgrade to the ones I'm actually interested

These glasses are ok. I wish they offered the non high bridge version in this style. Can't get a good fit. Returning.

Not comfortable for me. They worked perfectly, it's just I didn't like the way the feel on my face, Kind of made hurt the bridge of my nose.

They are okay they dont go live so that was the purpose of getting them

Version 2 no longer support livestreaming which was my initial interest in these. Otherwie theyre a fine pair of sunglasses

Uncomfortable, image quality is mediocre, and battery life is nowhere near advertised. Cool concept but a ways to go before they are good.

I purchased Meta glasses from Best Buy, and although FedEx marked the package as delivered, it was nowhere to be found. I immediately contacted Best Buy and opened a case. After their investigation, they informed me that I would not be receiving a replacement or a refund, and advised me to contact law enforcement—which I have already done. I am extremely disappointed in how little they seem to value their customers. Because of this experience, I will no longer be purchasing from Best Buy.

The product page has the lens size listed as 50mm, when they are in fact 53mm. This has caused a massive issue for me as I ordered non-refundable prescription lenses for the size listed and they are too small, leaving me out $200. Major headache and no resolution available other than to get the smaller glasses or be out several hundred dollars due to this error.

Glasses started going HOT after 2nd use & meta stop responding

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. It worked for about a week and then no longer wanted to connect to his phone. After troubleshooting, which included a trip to Geek Squad, there was nothing that could be done. We ended up returning and NOT purchasing a new one. Disappointing.

I will never order from best buy again. The company they had deliver it delivered it to the wrong house and it was stolen and they will not help me at all. No refund or replacement, nothing. I even called a made a police report like i was told too and still NOTHING!

No longer charge after 3 months and neither Meta, RayBan, or Best Buy will offer any kind of warranty assistance. Stay away from a faulty product with no support from the manufacturer.

Great quality is not great iPhone quality is way better

The battery is like gen 1, after using it for a month the battery drains after recording 3 videos of 3 minutes, so disappointed

Great option when you are traveling, you can talk without people hearing you. You can listen to music. You could take pictures while you’re on vacation such great glasses.
