As you are having some trouble with your audio we would ask you to please try restarting your glasses following these steps.
Open the Ai app and and tap the 'Glasses' Icon, select Settings>General and Force Restart.
This will cause your glasses to restart and should clear up your audio issue, if you are still having this issue after restarting your glasses then we would ask you to please reach out to our support then and we would be happy to look into this with you.

The Ray Ban is super friendly to use and the video's are clear and crisp. The Oakleys were not as user friendly in my opinion. The Ray Bans were excellent and we bought several other pairs for the family. The are traditional style look wise and is a good fit for whoever face. The battery life is good too, just charge it with your other devices for daily wear. It all depends how much you use them during the day.
