Worked for a week

It worked for about a week and then no longer wanted to connect to his phone. After troubleshooting, which included a trip to Geek Squad, there was nothing that could be done. We ended up returning and NOT purchasing a new one. Disappointing.

Stay away from a faulty product with no support from the manufacturer.

The company they had deliver it delivered it to the wrong house and it was stolen and they will not help me at all. No refund or replacement, nothing. I even called a made a police report like i was told too and still NOTHING!
