    These things suck! I purchased these glasses and they dont turn on outisde of the box. I tried everything and they dont turn on outside of the charging case. I reached out to best buy and (out of their return time) i reached out to ray-ban and they’re basically telling me the same thing. I dont know if these companies think $500+ is just some pocket change but im still trying to see whose going to help me resolve issue but as of now i would NOT RECOMMEND these high demand glasses to just be running in circles with best buy and ray-ban on how to fix a defective product. They sent instructions on how to factory reset but they must not understand that they DO NOT TURN ON outsid of the charging case so i cannot do that! Dont buy this, save your money.

    DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ONLINE EVER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND NO ONE WILL HELP YOU. I AM OUT OF $407.38 DUE TO POLITICS THEY PLAY INSTEAD OF ASSISTING THOSE WHO NEED IT. I LITERALLY CALLED OVER SEVEN TIMES AND ALL OF MY CLAIM TICKETS HAVE BEEN CLOSED. I AM GOING TO THE BBB ON THOSE bbb's!

    I purchased Meta glasses from Best Buy, and although FedEx marked the package as delivered, it was nowhere to be found. I immediately contacted Best Buy and opened a case. After their investigation, they informed me that I would not be receiving a replacement or a refund, and advised me to contact law enforcement—which I have already done. I am extremely disappointed in how little they seem to value their customers. Because of this experience, I will no longer be purchasing from Best Buy.

    The product page has the lens size listed as 50mm, when they are in fact 53mm. This has caused a massive issue for me as I ordered non-refundable prescription lenses for the size listed and they are too small, leaving me out $200. Major headache and no resolution available other than to get the smaller glasses or be out several hundred dollars due to this error.

    I bought this for my husband for Christmas. It worked for about a week and then no longer wanted to connect to his phone. After troubleshooting, which included a trip to Geek Squad, there was nothing that could be done. We ended up returning and NOT purchasing a new one. Disappointing.

    I will never order from best buy again. The company they had deliver it delivered it to the wrong house and it was stolen and they will not help me at all. No refund or replacement, nothing. I even called a made a police report like i was told too and still NOTHING!

    No longer charge after 3 months and neither Meta, RayBan, or Best Buy will offer any kind of warranty assistance. Stay away from a faulty product with no support from the manufacturer.
