My wife and I have some pretty bad allergies (not debilitating, just enough to make life miserable if we aren't on our cocktail of Allegra/Singulair), and we even ripped out most of the carpet in our house and went to hard surfaces. This and a HEPA filter in the bedroom have helped but I've also been on the lookout for the best vacuum for hard floors as well as furniture/bedding. From the description, the Raycop Omni Air would seem to be everything I would need. I had never heard of Raycop before but after doing some research, I was pretty impressed with the their background and testing result. I decided to give the Omni Air a go and here are some of the things that I liked and disliked about the Omni Air. LIKE: 1. Compact & Light: The Omni Air was A LOT smaller than I thought it would be. That being said, it is very well built, and it is almost weightless for moving about the house. 2. Outstanding Grip & Controls: I LOVE how this thing feels in my hand. The grip is absolutely perfect and a lot of other manufacturers could learn a thing or two from Raycop. Most vacuums just have a smooth bar to hold on to, while the Omni Air has a contoured grip that is way less fatiguing than some other much higher priced alternatives. Also, it has an on/off button an on/off button instead of a trigger. I will never buy another vacuum with a trigger. 3. Incredibly Easy To Take Apart/Clean: Everything comes apart so easily, that it an absolute breeze to clean everything. 4. Removable Battery: Yay! I don't have to throw the whole thing out when the battery gives out. I can also buy an extra battery to extend my usage time. 5. Long Battery Life: I have been using this for days on all the floors with the the regular brush head and with the UV head on all the beds and furniture. I have yet to have to recharge it. 6. Nice Gripper On The Handle: Never knew I needed this, but it makes it really nice to be able to lean this on the counter and it won't go sliding off. Works incredibly well. 7. Very Flexible: The diminutive size and a very well designed vacuum head allow the Omni Air to get into and under a lot of places. This helps to ensure that you get everywhere those pesky allergens might be. 8. UV/Brush Head: This thing actually works very well. I vacuum our mattress quite often and even having done it just a week ago, the Omni Air was able to pull a decent amount of stuff out of our bed. I am both impressed and disgusted that it was able to do so. I was also pleasantly surprised that the UV feature, in addition to killing microbes and such, also seems to help mitigate scents. I had been noticing recently that the headrest of my recliner was beginning to smell a bit from the oils and such from my head. I used the UV head on this area for about a minute and the scent was virtually gone. That was a cool little bonus! DON'T LIKE: 1. Bin Size: Because of the small size of the vacuum, you also get an incredibly small container for dust and dander. The Omni Air WILL NOT be your only vacuum unless you have a very small home or you enjoy emptying the bin out a lot. 2. Power: The small size also forces a smaller suction motor. While the motor is probably very good for its size, overall it can be lacking a bit. I found that the suction is much stronger with the UV head on beds and furniture than the roller head for floors. 3. No 'Ejector' For The Dust Bin: You MUST stop when the dust bin hits the MAX line or else the junk with back up beyond the little gasket they have and you will either have to take everything apart or reach in and grab the dust ball with your hands. If you stop before it hits the MAX line, everything seems to just fall out easily when the bin is opened (in fact, it makes little Tribble balls of fur under the right conditions), but you hit the line very fast. 4. LOUD: I was in the Air Force and spent many a day on the flight line, and this thing on power level three sounds like a jet engine spooling up. It is less the actual volume, which is quite loud, but the piercing nature of the sound that is so bad. My cat hates vacuums but he REALLY hates this one. 5. Floor Brush Really Only Works One Direction: The floor brush has a wide 'U' shaped red-velvety bar around the back of the head. I assume this is to help it glide across the floor and perhaps guide things to the vacuum opening but what it really does is pick up and hold on to all the hair and fur. I had to repeatedly stop to grab all this and direct it into the nozzle. When I was vacuuming while going down the steps to my first floor, it was actually depositing an ever larger dust bunny on the step below as I was picking it up and placing it on the next step down. By the time I reached the bottom, I had a dust bunny the size of an actual bunny (well at least a baby one). They need to fix this with version 2.0. 6. UV Head Pretty Useless On Hard Floors: I don't have really any carpet in my house any longer so I can't speak to its usefulness on said carpet, but I can say that it is pretty useless on tile and wood. First the UV head has no wheels or any kind of buffer between the plastic head and the floor so it bangs around and they even warn you in the owners manual that it can scratch some floors. It also doesn't get as good of a seal as it does on bedding/furniture so I don't think the suction is good enough for floors. BOTTOM LINE: I would probably just go for the version of this that just has the UV head and save a few bucks. As it is, that is probably the only version of this that I am going to use. Since it is so compact and light with such a great grip, it will work great for getting allergens (and scents) off of the soft surfaces of the house. Also the other attachments will be good for small vacuum jobs. The floor head will probably go in a closet somewhere. I'm going to have to wait to see if the Omni Air makes enough of a difference with our allergies since I don't think a week is enough to test that out, but I have reasonable hopes that it will so far. If Raycop fixes even just a few of these items they will have a real winner on its hands, until then the Omni Air is just OK.

I’ve been looking for a portable cordless vacuum that I could use around the home and for my vehicle. I was glad that I picked up the RAYCOP Omni Air UV for my needs at home. After a few weeks using this, here are my thoughts: This is very handy device for our home. Included are the Power Motor Head, UV Sanitizing Head, Pulsating Brush for UV head, Crevice tool, Upholstery tool, and Brush and Nobel attachments. The lightweight nature of this device is very ideal when trying to get around the home, and when trying to vacuum my van. The motor tools detach rather easily and I’m not afraid of it breaking. The Dustbox is easily removable and clean after it gets full which is a huge deal for me. When utilizing the UV Head, attaching the pulsating brush is pretty easy as well. When using it, I was glad that it is easy to use around the home and getting to vacuum areas that are not so easy with a larger device. The motor head has a hinge which allows easy access to crevices or small areas. Because it is light and cordless, it is really convenient using it on the stairway and on chairs/couches (and I really enjoy the upholstery brush!). The UV light is a nice addition when using it on surfaces. I’ve noticed that the battery life was around 2 weeks before recharging. That’s with 10 minutes of use everyday. Charging from empty to full took about 2 hours. Some issues arose when using it in my minivan. Large open spaces and vacuuming the seats were easy, but using the crevice tool was difficult due to the length of the neck of the vacuum. If the top portion that contains the Dustbox was detachable for small usage would’ve been ideal. Another issue I had was the suction power. It did pick up a lot of light and small debris on the carpet and floor, but it would not pick up small kibble. After a few times going back and forth was I able to get it sucked up. Overall, the RAYCOP Omni Air UV is a great compact and lightweight vacuum. This does not replace my larger Shark, but a good compliment when I don’t need to haul out a larger device.

I missed the part about this being a COMPACT vacuum. That said, it makes it easier to explain how this is quite a bit smaller than a traditional stick vacuum. It is like a vacuum for a tiny house, a small apartment with tile floors, a dorm room, and/or a car/RV vacuum. Anywhere in which you want or need a much smaller solution to the almost cookie cutter larger stick vacuums. But, please note, this is NOT a good choice for anyone with pets, or alot of debris because if you have pets, you'll quickly realize the compact collector cup is really small. I took a picture of it next to my coffee travel cup (not a large travel cup) so you can see the size in comparison. There are many great features on this that you will not find on other compact cordless vacuums. I must tell you that I've bought cheap little stick vacs for kids going to college and they were so horrible they got tossed before the season was over. This is not that vacuum. This is a quality small build vacuum. The battery life is decent, the suction is better than many larger stick vacuums, unfortunately there isn't much space in the collector cup for all it gathers up. There is filtration on the vacuum as well. So you can see why I say I have mixed feelings about it. Anyway, the other stuff that is well thought out is the ability to charge this battery while still attached to the vacuum. That is nice. The removal button and process of taking the collector cup off, emptying it, etc. is also decent. A more than thoughtful idea was to include a rubber bumper kind of thing that allows you to stand this up against or onto something - in my case when charging, it can rest with the rubber bumper onto the counter top to prevent it from falling. Kudos on this feature, it is so helpful and so many times overlooked. The UV head is a sweet and welcome concept. But I feel as though it is not well executed. Why? To start with, the UV head does not rotate, so you can only do back and forth (straight) strokes. More of a concern is that it appears to be a glass bulb that is used as the UV light source, vs. a LED plastic type bulb. I'm sure it is glass because the glass UV bulb is better for disinfecting or so I have heard, but what is an issue is that if that thing gets banged by something or the vac head is dropped (which happens all the time when you swap these heads/accessories out) it could break - I'm not willing to try to break it by simulating dropping it, but also what if it is accidentally banged into the corner of a sofa table or something and the corner hits the bulb. A glass UV bulb breaking is not something I want to have concern about especially with others who I rely on to periodically vacuum for me - they aren't careful with stuff like this as I am. So if this is glass, it is a concern in my situation. There are accessories included with this, such as a bare tool nozzle, a crevice tool, and a dust brush. Plus it comes with a spare beater bar for the UV head. Thoughtful and helpful. Unfortunately there were no instructions included with this vacuum (I checked everywhere, and not in there) to help instruct with the use of the UV light. This is a concern in that use of UV lights for extended periods in occupied areas can cause issues - a UV light I bought during the height of COVID included umpteen million warnings about when and how to use a UV light. Not sure of the prolonged use of UV lights or any warnings against use on laminated floors for example, which might harm surfaces or glue. So, if you want a compact stick vac that can also help eliminate germs brought into your home, this is it. Don't know of anything else like it out there that works with suction comparable to a larger counterpart. If you want something a bit more traditional, or don't like to empty the cup, have pets, etc. than you might want to consider something else. I would definitely recommend this to a friend if the situation is right.

Very compact and light weight so very easy to maneuver. Comes with 2 powered heads, one regular and one with UV light. The regular one has universal joint but the UV one does not. The pistol grip feels very natural in my hand. No charging dock, DC power brick output plug directly in to the battery to charge. I wish the dust box is bigger. If this comes with a hanger with built in charging dock and storage for all the tools, this will be perfect 5 stars.

RAYCOP - Omni Air UV+ Compact Cordless Stick Allergen Vacuum Summery: this vacuum is going to be a good option for you only in 2 scenarios. 1- you need a really small compact vacuum that is very light weight to use in a specific area (kitchen, stairs, bathroom, a very small apartment) 2- you want to get in on the UV light craze to be able to sanitize your beddings or furniture. This is not a good option if you: 1- want to rely on it to use in a larger home. 2- if emptying the bin literally every 4 minutes of use. 3- you have pets. Packaging: this vacuum was packaged in a very enviromentally sensitive packaging and came in a brown box with minimalist black printing on it, and no foam inside. HUGE PLUS. putting it together: it was like any other vacuum and putting it together took 5 seconds. a 6 years old could put it together. usage: - the vacuum has 3 modes for suction - no specific setting for carpet, hardwood, etc - the UV sanitizing head has a sensor where it kills the UV light bulb when the head isn't flat on surfaces (great because UV light is highly toxic if you touch the bulb while on or if you look at it directly while on). - when the UV head light is on, a light blue light will turn on the head. - attachements are versatile and good for cleaning corners, cars, etc. - can be used as a handheld. Battery life: charging time is longer (closer to 4 hours) and battery life is about 25 minutes of mixed use (acceptable for its purpose). final thoughts: This vacuum is great for smaller places, UV sanitizing purposes, or if you just need a very light weight vacuum. it is not intended to be a main vacuum cleaner for larger homes. it is not intended and wouldn't work if you have messy pets (cat litter will fill the bin in seconds). but overall, this is a welcome addition to our vacuums where we have a specific task for this new one.

    Nice Cordless Allergen Vacuum!

The RAYCOP Omni Air UV+ Compact Cordless Stick Allergen Vacuum is a great vacuum! Following are the pros and cons I have found while using this vacuum: Pros: - The vacuum came well-packaged with each piece individually wrapped. Instructions for set up and use are easy to follow with both diagrams and written instructions. - The vacuum is small and lightweight (less than 4 pounds) and does not take much storage space. The battery makes the handle area a little heavier, but overall the vacuum feels very light. - RAYCOP has a good repair or replace 2 year warranty. - I really like the UV feature! It's nice to have a hospital grade sanitizing vacuum that eliminates 99.5% of allergens. This is very helpful for people with allergies. - While vacuuming, I have used the vacuum on all three modes - low, medium and high. You can tell the difference in suction on the carpet, with the highest setting lifting the carpet pile the most. I thought all three settings provided good suction. Depending on the floor you are vacuuming, you can choose the setting that works best, since the lower the setting the more battery time you get. I mostly use it on the high setting, which gives excellent suction and the battery lasts about 15 minutes in that mode. In low mode the battery lasts about 30 minutes. - The dust collection box is easy to empty and clean. - I used the sanitizing attachment on my bedsheets, blanket, pillow cases and comforter. I was shocked at how much I was able to vacuum off of these surfaces since I had recently washed them. It is also nice to know they have all been UV sanitized after doing this. - I also used the sanitizing attachment on furniture and pillows that were brand new two months ago, and I was also surprised to see the amount of debris that came off of those. - When vacuuming the furniture and bedding, I used it on low mode and it worked easily and I had no problems sucking any of them up into the device. - The stick vacuum feature is so convenient, as you can lay it flat and really get under furniture. It is also so much easier to use a vacuum where you don't have to mess with a cord. It is very convenient to use this lightweight, cordless vacuum on my steps also. - I used the handheld piece of the vacuum with the attachment and was able to vacuum out my car very easily. Again, it is great not having a cord to deal with. Cons: - It would have been nice to have a stand to place the vacuum on while charging and while not using it, instead of having to lean it against a chair, table or wall. - It would also have been nice to have a bag or container or something to store the attachments and sanitizing head to make it easier to keep it all together. - The head of the vacuum is not real wide, I would have preferred it to be a couple inches wider. Its not bad as it is, but if it was wider you would get more area covered on a single battery charge. - It takes about 3.5 hours to do a full battery charge after it is depleted. If using on high mode, the battery lasts about 15 minutes. This would be great for an apartment or small home. However, if you have a large home, you may find that you can only vacuum part of the home on a single battery charge and then you have to charge it for 3.5 hours again before finishing. While I feel this is pretty normal with cordless vacuums, it is something to be aware of if you have a large home and have not used a cordless vacuum before. Overall, I really like this vacuum. The cons I listed are mostly around the storage and a stand, but the main thing with a vacuum is how well it works for the task at hand. I am pleased to say this RAYCOP vacuum does an excellent job vacuuming my floors and furniture and the UV allergen feature really gives me some additional piece of mind on how well it sanitizes and protects my family. I will definitely recommend this to my friends!

Excellent lightweight vacuum with UV cleaning

I think this is an excellent vacuum. The unit is very lightweight at less than 4lbs which makes it very convenient to use. It comes with 2 brush heads. The first head is designed for carpet and bare floors and has a very soft brush roller. At 9.5 inches wide it can fit in tight areas. The head swivels and is very maneuverable. The second head is a unique combinations of a soft brush roller and UV light which is designed to kill germs on soft surfaces. I have used this head on my bedding and furniture and although it cleans well it is hard to speak for how the UV light is working to kill things. I probably don’t want to know what I have been sleeping with. They stress that you should not look into the UV light or make contact with your skin so they designed it so that when it lays flat on a surface to clean the light comes on and has a light strip on the top of the cleaning head to let you know it is on but when you lift the head it automatically turns off. Although they say you can use it on carpet, I don’t think you would as the head does not have wheels and does not swivel so you would have to tuff time on carpet. They specifically advice against using it on hardwood floors as it will scratch. The vacuum is surprisingly powerful for how light it is. On the handle there is a power button that turns the unit on and does not require you to hold it constantly. Then there is a button that allows you to adjust between 3 different power settings. I pretty much used it on the lowest setting and worked great. I will say it gets pretty loud on the highest setting. It works really well on hardwood floors and tile and is so convenient for quick clean ups. It has a removal battery and can be charged when removed from the unit or you can charge it when attached to the unit. A really nice feature of the battery is that it has 2 rubber strips on the back of it so you can lean up against things without scratching since the unit will not stand on its own. I found the battery life more than adequate. I have been using it for the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths on my second floor and have managed to clean all of the space and still have some battery left. The best part of this unit has been for my first floor which is all hardwood. It is so easy to grab this unit and do fast clean up on the hardwood. The unit comes with some small attachments for cleaning furniture and in crevices. These are just push in attachments and don’t click in to place like the 2 cleaning heads. As with most cordless vacuums the head can be removed from the tube to make it a handheld. This is great with the floor cleaning brush which continues to be powered in this configuration so cleaning stairs is a breeze. As you might expect on a vacuum of this size the dust bin is small. Regarding the dust bin I found one thing that surprised me. The dust bin itself is about 4 inches tall but the full line is only an inch of the total bin. It is easy to empty thankfully as you will find yourself emptying it frequently. It does have some serious filtration including a HEPA filter and the nice thing is the all of the filters and the dust bin can be washed which should prolong the life of everything and save money on having to buy filters all the time. I would highly recommend considering this vacuum if you are looking for a lightweight powerful vacuum that’s easy to use and provides the benefit of the UV cleaning.

The vacuum comes well packaged and is very easy to put together. Everything snaps together firmly. Charging takes a couple of hours and the battery can be charged on or off the unit. It vacuums as well as a larger unit and in a compact package. The light weight makes it easy to spot vacuum and get stairs. You can easily swap the regular brush unit with the UV to clean bedding and furniture. The only issue I had at first is that the dirt collection bin pops of immediately when you press the release the button. I learned this the hard way and had to vacuum twice. However, the second cleanup was very fast. Overall, I like this as good as some of the other big name bagless vacuums I have owned. For the price and features it is great value.

I have mixed feelings about this vacuum. I have mostly laminate floors with 2 rooms of low pile carpet and 2 area rugs. I tested the vacuum on multiple surfaces to see how it does and I'm just not sure if it's right for me. Pros: - It is very lightweight. It weighs less than 4 pounds and isn't bulky like some stick vacuums. - It is pretty quiet. Obviously all vacuums make some level of sound but this one is quieter than others. - It has multiple attachments. I can use this for just about any surface and for any crevice that others may not be able to reach. - UV light is a nice touch. Their website has their test results on viruses, bacteria, dust mites, etc. and it seems like it definitely works. I live with someone who has a moderate dust mite allergy so this definitely peaked our interest. Time will tell if it works. Cons: - Very small dirt cannister. We have a 1400 SF house and I had to empty the cannister twice. This could be because this vacuum is picking up more than my other, but I can generally vacuum our entire house twice before I have to empty the cannister on our other vacuum. This is just a convenience thing, not really a big issue. - It has multiple attachments. I had this one as a pro and a con. Multiple attachments are great but they don't include a storage bag or anyway to store them. Along with that, the instructions were not extremely clear on what brush to use for carpet and what one to use for hard surfaces. Since I have carpet, area rugs and laminate, it was disappointing that I had to switch out the heads so that I didn't scratch the floor. It would be nice to be able to use one head for all surfaces. - Not great on carpet in my opinion. Agitation is what helps loosen dirt in carpets. With this vacuum only weighing 3.8 lbs, I don't think it has enough weight to apply the necessary pressure for the brush to agitate the carpet. - Suction doesn't seem like it's enough. I'm still getting used to it because it's different. As I said above, I'm not sure if it's picking up more than my other vacuum. I'm still working on the test for that. Having 3 suction options is nice if you are using this for blinds, drapes, bedding, etc. After testing the settings, the only one that seems to be working the best on all levels is the highest setting. After reviewing this review, you can see why I'm a little torn. I've only had it for about a week so I'm going to continue to use it and see if anything changes. This is more for someone with a small family with one or no pets. I think its a good daily vacuum but not something I would deep clean with.

I was thinking this would be a great replacement for a handvac that I had used until it finally died. This is a tad bigger than that and also has a smaller lint cup compartment compared to a handvac that I am used to. This vacuum does come with a lot of attachments which is a good thing, but there is no bag or place to put the parts you are not using. This gets thrown in a drawer somewhere in the living room until I remember I have an attachment tucked away somewhere that I can use in a scenario. I mean the unit itself is pleasing to look at. Very modern looking. The lint cap, small as it is, can be emptied pretty easily. The rechargeable battery is a nice touch to have not have to be tripping over cords on this broom type vac. The UV attachment is cute, but is like a gimmick. I am not going to use it on my bed and sheets as stated in the instruction book. No not going to happen. The construction of the vac and the accessories seem to be of better than average quality. I mean it's not going to break super easy in my usage so far. The head of the broom attachment can swivel and move pretty freely. However the power of the vac is mediocre at best, even at it's highest of 3 settings. I have some carpet fragments I wanted to see if it could vacuum up. It failed on that basic task. This was on the high level. I mean we do have pets and hair that will get tangled in the roller, but that is a given with any vac with a roller. But the suction shouldn't be affected, which I thought. I would really not recommend it if you are looking for a broom vac or hand vac replacement. It just couldn't handle what I personally threw at it.

The vacuum comes with the powered handle, the wand stick, the UV head, the regular vacuum head, an additional cleaning brush, a crevice tool, a fabric tool, and the charger/cord. The vacuum is lightweight and easy to use. It has 3 power settings that can be adjusted by pushing the setting button until you reach the desired power level which is right next to the power button...so there's a chance you'll turn it off instead like I have multiple times. As the power levels increase so does the "jet engine" whining sound. It's nothing horrendous but it definitely lets you know it has hit max power. Emptying the dust cup and cleaning the filter is a pretty easy process as well. Performance - It takes 3-4 hours to fully charge but the battery seems to have a good life cycle as I haven't had to charge it again and I've been using it off and on for about 4 weeks. Again it's pretty light weight for a vacuum on the floor. It glides effortlessly across tile and wood flooring. On thick carpet it does not move as well. The power levels are great on hardwood or tile flooring, but only so so for light cleaning on carpet. I've been using it for pet hair and dust and its been working great. The UV attachment is a little confusing as the light will not turn on unless the attachment is on the ground but that's probably to keep you from burning your eyes. The UV attachment is a little on the heavy side but it works as far as for vacuuming (can't speak to whether the UV light actually kills bacteria or not). Overall, it's a nice stick vacuum with good power for cleaning hardwood floors and tile, but I would not buy if you were needing solely for carpet unless it was just light cleaning. I also think they could have added a way for the attachments to be secured to the long cleaning wand stick.

The Raycop - Omni Air UV+ Compact Cordless Stick Allergen Vacuum is a compact, and I stress, compact vacuum for small jobs. I think you really need to set proper expectations. In that respect: What it is not – It is not a $700 Dyson. A whole house vacuum. A long running, heavy rechargeable vacuum. A vacuum with a high capacity. I break that out because I am seeing a lot of reviews here where they talk about cleaning 1400 sq foot homes, small bin capacities etc. This is not the vacuum for those things. What you will get is a well-built very lightweight rechargeable hand vacuum for small jobs and quick clean ups. Out of the box it includes a good assortment of attachments including two brush heads – a larger one for floors and a smaller one for deep cleaning and sanitizing. I really like the smaller head which Raycop calls the “UltraPulse Pulsating Head.” It has UV bulb in it that is supposed to provide a “chemical-free way to destroy viruses and bacteria in your home.” In my opinion, it is complete marketing nonsense. Think about it, why would you need to sanitize something that you are vacuuming. Additionally, any common harmful bacteria and viruses that may be on a surface die relatively fast to begin with. Do not buy the hype here. However, the pulsating head does a good job and is very compact. Raycop talks about using it on mattresses but I used it several times on patio furniture cushions. I’ve always found patio cushions a pain the clean and the Raycop did a very good job . With those details out of the way, lets look at some of core features : Sound – There were several reviews that stated the Raycop was loud. I have no idea what they are talking about. For a vacuum and it’s size, I would say it far quieter than average. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the quietest, I would give it a 9. Battery and charging – This is where the Raycop falls short. The batter is simply too small. While I understand they were trying to keep the weight down, I got about 10 minutes of mixed use on high power. When not using the heads, I got about 15 minutes on high. They list the battery at 14.4V and 2000mAh and the units energy use is about 150 watts. For those science guys, you can do the approximate calculation of about 12 minutes of run time on high. Not exactly what they say because it will vary according to what accessory you are using but Raycop lists the run times as approximately on LOW: 38min / MID: 20min / MAX: 9min. My real world test do come close to what they are saying. This would really be home run if they doubled the battery capacity and provided a better charging method. Charge times are a ridiculous 3.5 hours. Suction – Here is where I am going to again disagree with some of the review. For it’s size, it is perfectly adequate and does a good job. Frankly, I was expecting far worse, but the unit is so well designed that it maximizes suction. Bravo Raycop. Canister – Yes, it is small but sized properly for the job it is supposed to do. Easy to detached and empty. The filtration is top notch and caught everything. Top marks. Accessories – The two heads are great even with the UV gimmick. The crevice tool could be longer and the dusting brush is truly terrible. The brush is way to small and too close to the unit. In conclusion, The Raycop - Omni Air UV+ Compact Cordless Stick Allergen Vacuum does a good job for what is essentially a spot vacuum. Sound and suction are good but the battery life left a lot to be desired. You can buy an extra battery, but they are $50. The UV light in my opinion is a gimmick, and I can tell that from the perspective of someone who is in the IAQ and HVAC manufacturing business. It I a bit too expensive at $299 but I have a feeling you would see this on sale. Those negatives would not stop me from recommending the vacuum, it does have a lot of plusses and includes a great 2 year warranty.

I have 3 cats and bad allergies, when I saw this vacuum touting itself as an allergen vacuum with UV+, i was happy to give it a shot and I'm very happy that I did. The packaging was well done and it comes with all of the accessories that you would expect, but then it also has an extra vacuum head with a pulsating brush and UV light. I use that attachment to suck up the cat hair and dander from my fabric sofa and chairs along with my bed. I've definitely noticed the difference in my home and love this feature. It also works perfectly well as a traditional stick vacuum and is perfect for quick cleanups as well as cleaning up my Jeep. The battery is good and it has 3 speed settings to increase suction. I typically go with the middle speed for my hardwood floors and low-pile carpet. The only thing missing for me is something to hold the accessories. The vacuum has a nice rubber base that keeps it hanging nicely from a shelf, but I would have liked some sort of attachment to hold onto the accessories. Otherwise, this really is perfect for any pet owner or someone with allergies.

This cordless stick vacuum has a lot of positive features. It is very lightweight, the attachments are easy to interchange and the canister is easy to empty. It can also be used on multiple surfaces. The unique feature of this vacuum is the UV light that kills bugs. There is no way of knowing if this works but the thought is great. The downside of this vacuum is that it doesn't have the strongest suction - but it is definitely adequate for quick jobs. I also wish they would include a bag to keep all of the attachments in. Overall a good little lightweight vacuum.

The vacuum cleaner comes simply packaged, each piece in a bag ready to be assembled, you could say it is an easy and simple unboxing. The vacuum cleaner has enough accessories for regular cleaning at home, nothing out of the ordinary. Speaking a little about the performance I can say that it is ok, it is not too noisy, however, it is not very powerful in terms of the engine, it has to be passed several times on certain surfaces to be able to collect all the small residues that remain, it has three levels of power but in the third the noise increases as well as the temperature, it can be noticed since when the motor that is in the upper part, that is to say where the vacuum cleaner is held, it begins to emit heat, it is not too much but you can feel it on the hand with the vacuum cleaner is being operated. In addition to the aforementioned, I believe that the compartment where the collected garbage is stored is small, it has to be constantly emptied. It seems to me that it is a vacuum cleaner designed for places that are not very large and without pets since even if there is hair on the floor, it vacuums them but some of it gets stuck in the roller at the bottom of the vacuum cleaner. It is not a very big vacuum cleaner and with many features, it is simple and good looking but it has some cons that make you think twice before considering buying it, if you want something simple and practical and it is not required for very large spaces and with pets, it can be an option, otherwise it seems to me that there are other perhaps better options at similar prices.

Sounded like a great device in the ads...but it did not live up to what they were promoting. The machine was not even able to pick up popcorn from a wooden floor! POPCORN! Had to return it unfortunately.

Great vacuum so far. Pretty powerful too. I’ve used it on my sofa and mattress. UV light is an extra feature that’s welcomed. Very easy to use. It’s nice looking also. May even be better than some of the more popular name brands. We have a dog and a couple of family members have allergies so the UV light will help tremendously.
