But unfortunately had to return them and get something else. There is a chronic issue with this line. There is a bug in the firmware that causes them to not register charging correctly. If the battery gets low you’ll be stuck in a forever loop of hearing the annoying battery warning even though they are fully charged. Really sucks they are great headphones and have a pretty good microphone but a serious flaw in the system that Razer doesn’t seem to be fixing anytime soon.

This was my first headset-away from Logitech and I’m unimpressed and the warranty is useless for a defective product. Less than 3 months old and the think is broken just through daily use for work. Broke in the exact same spot on both sides. I’ve seen others with the same issue since experiencing this myself. Razer says they don’t cover physical issues on their products.
