They sent a replacement, and a return shipping label, with a couple weeks to return the first set. The replacement, the mic volume would not go up past a barely audible level after a few days, so we have started another warranty claim. Also, with this unit and the original unit, cannot use wirelessly because the audio constantly cuts in and out. It does this les when wired, but much less so. We wish we could just get our money back and buy another model.

Got home and let it charge fully and when I connected it to my computer it wouldn’t stay connected and I couldn’t hear anything out of it

Over the past year, I've had a lot of have them swapped out 3 times. One time was a battery issue, one time was a power button issue, and they last time the mic stopped working.

You have to register to activate the 7.1 surround sound. I activated it and still did not like the sound. Wireless was really quiet using the provided adapter and Bluetooth was horrible. Wired was much better but the audio was just not the same. Music sound off, gaming sounds were wat different and I couldn't hear footsteps that I could with my old headset

The THX sounds like crap just like the headphones. I cant hear footsteps when i play games at all they are completely drowned out by other sounds. The Sennheiser momentum 4s are better.

Razer synapse also does not work in terms of the EQ, uninstalled, going back to corsair.
