Headphone and Mic audio quality is good, nice and light weight for a wireless headset. The ear cups are kinda shallow, the foam ear pads could be a little deeper to prevent the side of my ears from rubbing on the inner foam covering the speaker grates. The wireless range is not very good. It's about 1/3 of my bluetooth headsets. They'll disconnect walking from my office across the hall to the other room. After a couple weeks I started getting the disconnect/reconnect beeps. I've only had them about three months now, and I'm having to contact customer support to get them fixed.

If you’re wondering what the difference is between these the hyper speed, and the 2023 pro version it’s just the kilohertz and weight. These have a max of 10 kilohertz while the others are around 20. There’s also a weight difference. Overall great quality and audio at a reasonable price. Pretty comfy too.

this is one of the best headset i ever used.. i have used a few brand but i would say this one is my top list. sound is perfect for gaming and the THX is good. i would say this is a gaming headset so its not much bass if you want bass then this is not for you music still sounds good and if you download razer synapse they have an equalizer so you can fine tune it to your liking.. as far as comfort it feels good a bit heavy but not too heavy that you will notice it while playing long hours it also feels comfortable if you wear glasses all in all i would recommend this headset..

My favorite headset I’ve ever owned. Sounds nice, mic works descent. It’s very comfortable and I’ve never head an issue wearing it. Fit perfectly on my head. I use it between my PS5 and PC. I like how it can be used between wired and wireless. Though I recommend that you plus the USB doggle in the front of your console and not in the back, cause yeah it doesn’t like heat very much.

Need led a really good headset for my games. I can hear everything around me accurately. Made my gameplay improve in shooters. Great headset to wear for hours at a time. Base is just right mic works perfect battery life is amazing can do 2 sessions before needing a charge. Do yourself a justice and buy this headset it will exceed your expectations

Cons: -Poor wireless range, can barely walk around the same room without it beeping in and out of connection. I have a cheaper headset that lets me go to my kitchen while still talking to my friends. -MICRO USB Charging. Fancy new expensive headsets should be Type C. Need to have another cable just for this headset. Pros: -I find it really comfortable. -Audio quality is good. -I like the looks.

Amazing spound quality!!!! Also very comfortable. I use with pc and the synapse is very nice for adjusting the sound and mic. Battery life is perfect also!

I bought these to replace my Razer Kraken V2 7.1 headphones (which still work, mind; the leatherette in the earcups and the headband are flaking off). The BlackShark V2 Pro sounds amazing, but very different from my old headset. Coming from a more bass-forward headset, the flatter frequency response of the BlackShark sounds off, at first. However, after a few days of use, I find this headset to cause much less listening fatigue than my old set, and they sound wonderful. I am quite satisfied to have this unit as my new daily driver.

Great build quality very comfortable to wear for long hours and decent battery life and sound quality

Great headset so far. Sounds very good, controls are convenient, mesh is comfortable which usually isnt the case for me, and build quality is solid. Doesnt clamp hard on my skull like turtle beach who dont seem to have anyone wear their headsets and test them before release even after being in the game so long. Synapse let's you customize the sound so you can change the sound stage and do things that can enhance certain sounds, such as footsteps with the software equalizer.

Theses are great. Fabulous sound and wireless. The THX really comes through. Good battery life and real comfortable. Highly recommend

Incredibly comfortable for hours of play and good sound quality. Slightly disappointed that it’s not cordless w/ Xbox but the wireless setup w/ PC works great. No hiccups. Tip: Be sure to adjust your console’s sound settings or the headset will seem too quiet.

Love this headset! It has very great sound. I do notice some explosions tend to muff the sound but I'm sure that can be tweaked for in the settings. They are very comfortable even with glasses and noticed I can have them on all day for work. A few cons is that it lacks a game audio/voice chat mixer. Coming from an Arctis 7 this was noticeable. Overall I enjoy the audio quality for both the Mic and headphone.

I bought these probably a year or two ago and they're still the best headphones I've bought personally, they dont break like most cheap headphones out there and they're loud and comfortable. Overall you won't be disappointed

These work great! The noise cancellation and comfortability couldn’t be any better. They are my favorite headset so far.

The color of these are super awesome , great cushion for the head and they sound great the bass is great the mic is detachable so if you don’t need it just take it off and good to go the volume wheel is smooth and the fact that they’re wireless is a super plus . On your ears they do get a tiny bit hot and sweaty but that just depends where you’re using them in your house not an excuse to not get them they’re great

Very comfortable and sleek, best audio imaginable from any headset

I was looking for a new headset as I wanted something lighter and good with sound. My previous headset was Astro a50's and after about 4 years, I chose to go with Blackshark V2. The THX mode is the game changer that I didnt realize at the time until I used them. The software for tbe headset is also amazing as well as the features for the headset is endless. Very good headset and highly reccomend it!

Mic isn't great. I loved the sound, they were comfortable, but if you chat, or want to walk around the house using them, they aren't very good. Very short range.
