Hands down the most comfortable headset I have ever bought with crystal clear sound. Only down side is the range of the headset is not as good as my other headset (I like to go to the bathroom while everyone hears me in chat but can’t do that with this headset anymore).

Feels solid. Has great sound with A LOT of software options; though, all of the options in such software can be confusing and drastically influence the sound quality. Software is also recommended for the best quality and the most features.

Got on sale but would pay full price if needed! Fantastic headset easily the best budget wireless headphones. Only gripe is the Razer Synapse software but you don’t even need to use it if you don’t mind not using all the features implemented into the software. Still prefer my Arctis Pro Wireless but these are a good second!

Very lite. Great battery. Barely there sidetone.

They're very lite. Battery lasts a very long time. However the sidetone function is nearly inoperable. You have to have the physical volume on the headset completely maxed and the sidetone maxed in the software and then you'll barely hear yourself, and makes controlling volume via the knob on the headset useless as even turning it to 50% makes the sidetone go away completely. Lots of reports on this on forums all over the place and no response from Razer on the issue at all. Considering taking back for a different brand. The barely there sidetone coupled with the noise isolation leads to it being muffled when you talk sometimes you speaking louder and louder until you're yelling at your friends.

Love this headset I was using a standard turtle beach headset originally but wanted a wireless headset and tries these and they are great. The comfort with wearing them for long sessions is great and the sound quality out of the box is perfect for gaming and listening to music. Overall I recommend this headset for gaming great buy.

First off, this product was very nice. I bought it and have the Viper ultimate and huntsman tournament keyboard. Love Razer products. However, for $179.99 it had a few flaws that just didn't that doesn't sit well for me for that much money. The wireless usb doggie is horrible. Cant go anywhere out of my computer desk area without issues disconnecting. Second, if you have a smaller head, it might seem apparent that the adjustment design is flawed. It was coming lose already within a couple days at the top few notches. The Arctis 7 for $109.99 is by far the best deal out there. Everting seems superior other than they are tied in comfort. After returning these Blacksharks, and getting the Arctis 7 headset, I can say confidently that the Arctis 7's are just a little better in every category besides comfort. The wireless doggie for the Arctis is incredible and costs $70 less with the on sale price.

Great set of gaming headphones. I even like the removable mic so I can take it on the road and listen to music. I really think the + to these headphones are the sound and also how light they sit on your head rather than other brands.

I loved the sound and mic quality. Plenty of options to customize it to your liking. The fitment was good and comfortable and I have a big head...lol The only issue I had was my ears would get warm after a few hours of wearing them.

It’s important to specify there is nothing wrong with this headset from the hardware perspective, on the contrary, top notch build quality and design, excellent sound and good enough mic, the real issue is the software, Razer Synapse is buggy, slow and causes repetitive issues within the Windows experience and makes an otherwise great experience feel bad.

I was using the SHP9600, which is an amazing pair of headphones but I grew tired of the wire always being in the way. I've found it difficult to find a pair of headphones that are comfortable, usually the ear cups are just too small. I tried the ones on at the store and they fit perfectly for me. The only con on this headset is the Microphone, it's just bad, distorted and I couldn't find a fix but I did find others with the same complaint. Fortunately I already had an Antlion Audio ModMic that I used with the SHP9600. Worked out great in the end for me, the Modmic has superior quality than most mics out there anyways. That's the only reason I can't give it 5 stars.

Comfortable, amazing sound quality, great mic. I’ve had the Astro A50’s with mixamp, Kraken v2, hyper x, etc.. and these are my favorite thus far. They’re comfortable and lightweight, the sound is clear even without spacial audio active, only downside is the price. I just got mine today and so far there are no regrets. I’ll see how it pans out later, I guess..

I purchased this mostly for the mic. I already have a decent surround system for my PC. There were no major issues setting it up. The headset fits nicely on my head and is still comfortable after many hours gaming. The sound on the headset is just incredible. I am hearing things in the game that I did not hear before. I very much recommend these!
