So Disappointed

I did have trouble updating the firmware. Took several tries and finally got it to work, then the headset would not sync to the USB transceiver. Then when I tried it with my XBOX I could not not get the volume to work correctly so I decided to give up and just got the RIG 800LX . No Problem whatsoever after that.

Unlike the other headsets where they kinda pinch on your head. Overall would recommend to people who wants a wireless/wired gaming headset.
