These are great my boyfriend loves them but the wireless doesn’t with Xbox which is a bummer.

The sound quality is very nice. The mic is also high quality. I’m happy.

Has a better bluetooth range than my other headset. Easy to set up, simply plug in the usb and it automatically sets up once you give it permission. The microphone is removable which is nice so I'm no constantly having to adjust it or lay my headset down in a specific way.

Great sound, easy to connect and not muffled. my son loves them and they are comfortable.

Purchased these for the grandson for Christmas, and he loves them,and work great.

Razer Blackshark V2 Pro Wireless THX Spatial Gaming Headset. Decent for the price

I bought this thinking it would work with the Xbox s series as mentioned on the title. As it works when it’s connected to the controller the wireless option does not work with this. Please read the description fully before purchasing this product. Overall the headphone are plush and nice and sound quality is great.

Great sound but they need to improve on the micro it’s not that bad but it could be better for this price

This was a disappointing headset purchase overall, but first off, the good: It is extremely comfortable, and the value provided for the cost is quite reasonable. Beyond this, however, is where the problems start. First off, this headset charges with micro-USB, which is difficult to justify in the long term in 2021, especially when you're paying over $100 for a headset. Now, there are other offenders in this regard, but Razer hasn't updated this (while maintaining the same price) for a long time. Second, the microphone experience is subpar. The connection to the headset (it's detachable) is hit or miss. The microphone wasn't detected half the time it was plugged in all the way needed to be rotated in its connector. When it was connected, the mic quality wasn't great. It is also easy to lose the mic when detached, and a retractable design would have been preferred. The audio quality is ok. Games sound good but not great. Music sounds quite poor. And so taken together, I would recommend another headset. Arctis headphones are slightly more expensive but provide a much better experience.

Excellent set for gaming and for zoom meetings, the sound is clear and it gives the user the option to select sound presets.

Overall pretty good, except the thin metal bands feel like they are pretty fragile. The sound quality and mic quality are all excellent.

I bought this for my husband and he loves how convenient it is when he has a break between games and he could just get up and go quickly. He loves the sound effects and how clearly everything could be heard.
