Good Headset but they seem too quiet

My issue is that is has no volume control built onto the headset itself and they are still quiet even when set to 100% on the computer. Other users appear to have a similar issue. There may be certain setting causing this issue, but I have not been able to solve it.

Alright. A few issues.

Friends in Discord say I sound weird and they can’t hear me well if I try to adjust Voice Clarity or background noise cancellation so I keep those turned off, however, now they can hear my fiancé in the background when he’s talking loudly but it struggles sometimes to pick me up still when my mouth is inches from the mic. Battery life is great and it’s great how easy the app is but I still face issues with the mic working properly. I also have a lot of static when turning the volume knob up and down.

Great audio and comfortable

Great Headset, POWERFUL MIC
