Overall it is a very nice headset. My issue is that is has no volume control built onto the headset itself and they are still quiet even when set to 100% on the computer. Other users appear to have a similar issue. There may be certain setting causing this issue, but I have not been able to solve it.

It took sometime to get used to but unlike other “gamer” headsets this one is very clear, easy to hear footsteps in games that are audio reliable and even listening to music is great.

By far the best sounding headset Razer has released to date. Crisp clear audio for listening and recording. My only con is I wish it was pleather and not foam for the ear cups.

works right out of the box. It could be enhance with razer synapps. sounds loud and clear. foot step sorround is so accurate on game for the win. the cons is the price.

I’ve had some issues trying to adjust this to pick up my voice properly. Friends in Discord say I sound weird and they can’t hear me well if I try to adjust Voice Clarity or background noise cancellation so I keep those turned off, however, now they can hear my fiancé in the background when he’s talking loudly but it struggles sometimes to pick me up still when my mouth is inches from the mic. Battery life is great and it’s great how easy the app is but I still face issues with the mic working properly. I also have a lot of static when turning the volume knob up and down.

For what you pay, you get a very excellent headset with good overall sound and noise cancelling. The convivence of wireless and the quality of the headset are worth the price.

You know it's funny... I initially bought this because I'm a sucker for the Storm Trooper color scheme AND I happened to get it as an open box item (although in new condition), but I actually ended up REALLY liking them save for one small minor annoyance. I'm told I sound ok on Discord and I'm sure the microphone is fantastic in it's construction, but it just kinda takes away from an otherwise great headset. I can't stand it when I can't flip up the mic or get it out of my face. I'm a big boy that likes his snacks ok? I've just removed it and used a proper microphone. It plugs in and easily disconnects. Headset works fantastic in wireless and wired with a DAC or interface. Audiophiles skip this one. You people can never be satisfied and this is very much a gamery headset.

Well made and performs as expected. I haven't heard any complaints from our son who received this for Christmas.
