The Razer Synapses software was buggy but that probably can happen to anyone for any reason. In conclusion, i wouldn't recommend it.

You can still use wired which is fine. With the App that goes to it THX let’s you adjust to your liking. The only thing is the way you adjust size it is plastic so over time it will become loose.

Nice sound, bad mic

Sounded to them like I was at the bottom of a well. I ended up returning these in favor of a pair with good sound and better mic quality.

Mic Issue Dooms Purchase

I've spent hours fiddling with it, reinstalling software and drivers, researching answers, all to no avail. I've been through the Window settings and permissions, the Razer Synapse settings. The mic shows up but no sound when testing. The detachable mic is plugged in and it's not muted. Sat on the phone with an overseas tech who was a nice guy but absolutely useless. After a day and a half, I'm done. It's a shame as the sound is great. My last headset was a Razer Kraken which served admirably.
