Good headset

Dropped it a number of times but I haven't experience any major problem with it, except for the audio cable that's always broken (I rarely use the wireless option).

For work, they work perfectly wirelessly. I can walk away from my desk and the sound quality is great. The microphone Does a great job as well. My issue is how it works for gaming . I was under the impression the wireless feature would work with my Xbox series X. It doesn’t !! I have you plug it into my controller. If it is possible, the limited instruction that are provided say nothing about it!

Great headset option

There are comments about needing to connect via cable for XBOX, which is accurate, but the overall description of the product seemed to make that clear (at least how I read it). This is still a new purchase, with limited use, so I am not sure about the long term stability. Short term, it has been working great for how I need to use it!
