Good Headset, HORRIBLE mic

The mfer literally asked for my ID!! I'm 15 dude. I had the text on my phone with the order number and this mfer was still stubborn. After arguing with this man for 6 mins he finally lets me have it. He says "next time bring your id". i reply with "Next time ill use curbside pickup". this Mfer replies with "whatever makes it easier". The nerve of these fools. This is very unacceptable.
