I originally bought Razer's Nari Ultimate, I ended up returning it because on the first day of use it stopped working. Ended up being a hardware issue.... Not even Razer support could fix it. I then decided I'd try this headset. I love it! The splurge was worth it (plus it's compatible with PS and PC). I play a lot of Phasmophobia and Overwatch as well as WoW. It works great! Haven't had it cut once!

The mic sucks though so he has to use his computer mic instead. For the price these cost, I would hope every aspect is amazing, but it works for him. He likes that they can be both wireless and wired depending on where he is.
