Beautiful and comfortable, horrible sound, even turned down, it crackles. I've tried tuning the equelizer and everything, including 3rd party programs, nothing works. No wonder it was discount price unopened.

Good, but can not use headphone witeless With xbox

1st let me say Im a huge razer fan and almost borderline fan boy who has owned a huge majority of their pc peripherals & loved everyone of them. I really wanted to love this headset after all the rave reviews but unfortunately this is not for me and may not be for you either. If your ears are on the bigger side, this headset will be terribly uncomfortable. The earcups are very shallow and after a few minutes are unbearable. Everything else about this headset is amazing and I really wish these would have worked however Im forced to go back to best buy and look for a way more comfortable option. Also razer its 2021, please stop using micro usb on everything.

Pretty good on ps5 oddly quiet with Max settings could just be the compatibility effects otherwise works good and good mic

I will get a popping sound with certain sounds. Not sure if defective or quality issue. Works perfect for warzone.

If you dont have a headset with spatial audio. Hears your sign to get one. 10/10 recommend.

This is a great headset, sometimes it will disconnect from bluetooth, but I believe they have fixed this issue.

A bit pricey, but this headset comes with some of the best positional audio I’ve heard in a headset. It’s also great that I can plug it in and use it with PS5 and go wireless with pc.

Ordered this headset expecting it to be wireless, as implied by the name 'Razer - BlackShark V2 Pro WIRELESS' but it had to still be plugged into my Xbox Series X controller to be used. Could not get it to sync via bluetooth or anything. It also had a persistent echo for my party chat friends that no amount of adjusting sliders could fix. I've had Razer products in the past that worked just fine, but this is the biggest let down I've experienced with their products. I ended up returning this and replacing it with Steelseries Arctis Nova 7X, which can actually be wirelessly connected to my Xbox Series X, via a dongle.

Bought these and they work really well. Only bump I ran into was the wireless receiver needed to be closer to the headphones. Easy to put it on an USB extension to the top of the desk.

Got the last pair they had in Columbia, had to change my current store to see if any others were available, showed 1 pair on two notch, went to the store and got literally the last pair!

Bought originally to game with. But wife tried them to listen to tv with. So we took mic off and bought me another set

Great headset it is comfortable and the sound is amazing

Great surround sound and styling for the price but after a few months of usage, the headset starts making beeping sound constantly even though the headset is fully charged. I would give it another try.

Good headset overall just need to make it wireless for Xbox to get full potential
