Honestly was impressed with this headset. Much better than older razer headsets. Sounds great compared to other gaming headsets, battery life is long, mic quality is good. Pretty comfy too. My only real gripe about this is the wireless range isn't great, and can sometimes disconnect for a split second.

Have had for over a year now. Usually around this time is when headsets end up having problems. The function of the mute button is excellent. I am able to mute without moving the microphone. Raising the volume is an easy turn of a knob, similar to the knob on a radio. These functions allow for minimal issues when using the headset. Sound quality is excellent. Wife is upset. I can't hear a word she says when I put these on.

I bought these as a gift for my boyfriend. I did some research and comparisons to others online befor i ordered it. This one had thebest amounts of pros that we needed and was at the best price for the features we needed. He loves the jeadphones, im so happy they were in stock at our local best buy! They sound great, ease to control mic and major plus that theyre comfortable, its hard to find one that you can keep on your head for sometime that won't start to hurt or ache you. He wears them everytime he jumps on the game, think im going to get me a pair as well !

great gaming headset, I use it on my playstation 4 and 5 the audio quality is great , its very clear and it supports the 3d audio on the ps5 you can hear every detail in a game and gets your very submerged in it, headphones are very light weight and the ear cushions are very comfortable, I am very happy with them .

This is an awesome headset! After purchasing the ps5 I was surprised like many others that it didn’t have an optical input like the PS4. I was using astro A20s which its only by optical hook up to which is why I had to purchase a new head set. I know it’s a matter of opinion but the blackshark beat out 5 other headsets I purchased to test out which were Hyper x cloud 2, Corsair hs70, turtle beach stealth 700 gen 2, hyper cloud alpha and the Corsair virtuoso SE. While the virtuoso were the best quality build I ever seen on a gaming headset and crystal clear mic. The best mic I’ve heard the bass was on the weak side. I found about after an hour or so of game play I had a minor headache/ ear fatigue. The raZer headset while plastic is very comfortable and has great sound. I play mainly call of duty sometimes fortnite and God of war and sports games and the sounds are just great. You can also use the synapse software to make your own settings on bass treble and so on. And on the sale price it’s a heck of a deal. This also had thx sound. You can’t go wrong with this.

Outstanding. Let me just say, I currently own a full DAC amp, Sennheiser HD 58X (largely considered the best audiophile entry level headphone you can buy), Beyerdynamic DT990 Pro (audiophile grade closed back headphones), and multiple gaming headsets including the Logitech G Pro X Wireless. The BlackShark V2 Pro Wireless is honestly the best out of EVERYTHING I own. Yes in terms of sound quality a full DAC Amp with Audiophile grade headphones does sound marginally better. However, the BlackShark sounds truly comparable to my $600 audiophile setup at a fraction of the cost. Then it has the wonderful benefit of being wireless which REALLY is convenient when it comes to gaming headphones. The best feature though... hands down the pure COMFORT. These are without a doubt the single most comfortable headphone I have ever worn. Period. Period. Period. The comfort cannot be overstated. I wear glasses and I still forget these are on even after hours of using them. Buy these.

Got them at a discounted price and so far so good. They sound great, a little low on bass but you can tune them on razer synapse if you like. They're also super comfy and can hold battery for long.

This headset is worth the money! I purchased this item about a week ago and I am extremely happy with the quality! The memory foam ear pads are extremely comfortable and durable. The cardioid microphone is amazing, it picks up what I say very clearly and detaches with I think is a nice touch. On top of all that the headphones themselves are aesthetically pleasing! I would definitely recommend this to everyone looking for a high quality gaming headset!

TLDR: So far so good! Only used them for a few hours but set up was easy and I love the product so far. I was a little disappointed in years prior when spending BIG bucks on wireless headphones. I wont mention brand names but even well reviewed devices caused me bad luck. I spent LOTS of time reading reviews and toiled over how much to spend and what would be both easy to use and sound really good. I think my search paid off because that's exactly what I got with this product. I just started using the BlacksharkV2 Pro but for one... the set up IS actually as easy as advertised. I charged the device as instructed. Put the wireless dongle in the USB3.0 hub of my laptop. The software just installed on its own. I didn't have to break my brain tweaking windows preferences everything just did what the instructions said it would. Following them was easy. I'm not an expert level computer technician and the software is very intuitive. It automatically detects when the device is connected and you can customize settings on the fly. And there aren't TOO many complicated settings to tweak. So maybe expert level users would be turned off. But for me its "just right"... enough for me to feel satisfied in the tweaking I would expect from a higher end product but not so much that its stressful to use. I booted up Madden, played with settings for about 5 minutes and was gaming from that point on. As far as what settings do... I knew what I was messing with and what I didn't know was easily explained right there on the software. I'm so impressed with the software that I'm considering using this brand for other devices. These are first impressions but the sound quality is quite nice. I'm no audio freak but the quality exceeds expectations, especially after messing with the settings. Functionality is fine. With wireless headphones I expect the controls to be on the headset itself. This means the buttons are small and tight together by nature, but this design is as convenient as i think it could be. The mute button feels good and is easy to hit. The volume control dial is easy to find on your head. The features advertised work well and didn't let me down. My only gripe is that I had some trouble with the detachable mic. I have the settings fully cranked up on my mic output and its STILL a touch low on discord for my team mates. I had some issues getting it to face the right way but once I did I found the quality acceptable. The actual connection from the mic to the headset isn't all that sturdy so it took some fiddling at first but I haven't had problems since I positioned it how I like. The downside is that it somewhat defeats the purpose of having a detachable mic if the set up is so fiddly that it has to be JUST RIGHT every time. I always get worried with devices like headphones that they look differently than pictured. These cans are as sleek as I expected. No surprise silly flashy lights like my last pair. They're nice and comfy on my head. For me its a perfect balance of snugging to my head while moving around a little without causing too much uncomfortable pressure.

Battery lasts a long time. Low battery indicators do their job without being annoying (looking at you, Corsair Void). Comfortable enough to wear for hours on end. Audio is crisp and can drown out your ringing phone (Sorry!).

Great wireless headset. The battery life is 48 hours and the quality of the build is great. Razor has done a great job making this headset. Great price and sound. The unfortunate thing is that if you want to have the best quality sound, you will have to pay extra for the THX program. Other than that, great wireless headset. Can also work on xbox and playstation systems if your wondering.

Everything works great right out of the box. The sound is fantastic and the battery life is excellent! They're also quite comfortable, I've been able to wear them for several hours at a time and barely notice them. I would totally recommend these if the price isn't prohibitive to you.

It works great on PS5 but you can't balance the sound on it. You can on a computer with their program but not on PS5. I'm not a huge into headphone specs but comparing to the PS5 Platinum (on PS5 only) they are comparative. Now on a computer these blow it away. Also for this particular model you have to purchase a program on your computer to tailor the sound, but once again you can only take it on the computer not the PS5. That was not clear when I purchased them so that's why I gave 4 stars. Comfort and integrity of the headphones are great and way better built than PlayStations headphones.

The BlackShark V2 Pro are the most comfortable pair of headsets I have worn yet, the adjustability is much better than the plastic ratchet you find on other headsets. The audio quality is the most amazing thing in the world but it is better than most wireless headsets on the market. My only complaints are the lack of USB C and the huge microphone that I can see in my peripheral vision (this may not bother you but it can bother me sometimes).

I bought these to use with the PS5. This is a pretty comfortable headset, super lightweight and breathable. The microphone was clear and did a good job of filtering out noise from the surrounding environment. The problem I had with him is that while the audio sounded good it was too quiet and you couldn't adjust the equalizer settings while using it with the PS5. IMO, for the PS5 these are just a slightly above average headset. I returned them and got the Steelseries - Arctis Pro Wireless headset instead, which I am very happy with.

Super comfortable headset. I would recommend this to anyone that plays on PC and not to console players simply because you cant utilize all of its custom features. If you dont care for customization on console it is a very good headset. High quality

Some of the most reliable & quality headphones I’ve owned. They do last a while but once they start wearing down, it seems like everything else does as well. Quality is amazing for both microphone & sound quality. Battery lasts a good while. Whenever the headphones have started to wear out I’d take the opportunity to try a different brand and ended up always coming back to these.

I recently purchased the Turtle Beach Stealth 700's and was not exactly blown away for the price. I spent over a week trying to find a replacement I could be confident with but every headset had 50/50 reviews online. These were a little out of my price range but a friend recommended them to me and so I gave them a try and could not be happier. They are extremely comfortable and the mic is great. With the PS5, the 3D sound is phenomenal in games like Warzone. While they don't have fancy software to really fine tune the settings, I find them working great right out of the box as a plus.

it has really good sound quality and I can wear it for days on end. the only thing I don't like about it is the price it is $80 more for the wireless version
