Can only connect using USB. Says dual connection but that is pretty much useless as it can only connect using one at a time.

Good headphones for your average use but if you’re trying to use them and set up eq on the synapse it does not work on mac!!

Only downside to this headset is that it is micro USB and not USB type C.

Decent headset. Sounds alright for it being wireless and it’s easy to hookup. Mic is decent too. Clamping force is .9 grams, so on the lighter side. If you’re very sensitive to clamping force, look else where.
