Battery life is a bit too short compared to other wireless headsets, you have to charge it every two days. Looks super cool! Comfortable fabric and light-weight design. But I think the kraken series somehow have better sound quality as kraken is targeting more on entertainment but blackshark on esport. I hope the mic could be better.

Not terrible but.... RANGE.....bad, worst out of the a50, rig 800, corsair or the steelseries 7. I cant believe the old rig800 was like triple its range. Volume was good, clarity was good but had no rumble to explosions, no bass to footsteps to tell whether they were high or low and really just didnt draw me into the games. Range of sound was just kinda meh. The mic was definately good and it was comfortable. Just wasnt really worth what it costed.

The only thing I don’t like is the range, my old headset I could be in my living room and still have no issues but this headset barely makes it to my kitchen so it’s probably like 10-15 feet shorter range. But other then that I love it, it’s comfortable and the mic is really good for a headset mic. It’d be 5 stars if it had better range and a little better battery life.

Setting these up was easy and the benefits of using the Razer software with them out way the cons of Razer's bad software. The headphones need some tuning to get the most out of them so using the razer software made that possible, making the detachable mic sound better, making the audio mixer better, turning off surround sound, and battery saver, etc. The blackshark v2 pros feel and sound great for the price I do not regret getting these over the rgb kraken ones. If you want Razer's Chroma these do not have that but they are a clean all black design which I like. Battery life is average charge them an hour for a days use basically (you can use them while charging). Overall I have not had any complaints with these other than razer software hiccups. So far everything is good. I'm happy with how it fits, it feels comfortable to me. Connected easily to PC, and easy to charge. Mute button works great. I like the sound quality. I'm not really a pro or anything when it comes to these things but the sound quality really pleases me. Sounds great when listening to music especially. I'm happy with my purchase.

Bought this headset for my PS5 and am thoroughly enjoying it... Crisp audio, easy to set up/use, and incredibly comfortable! Had my worries about it's durability but it feels really sturdy and robust to the point that you shouldn't worry about anything breaking. My only gripe is that for a headset in that price range, it's got an underwhelming amount of features in my opinion... But if you're in the market for a wireless gaming headset with great audio, top of the line microphone, A+ comfort, and the versatility for PC + PS4/PS5 etc. then you should look no further!!

These headphones are the best and very comfortable. I don't use them for playing games but use them for conference calls. It would be nice if they worked on my mac mini desktop and my macbook pro computers but I am happy using them on my windows PC. The sound is excellent and the output sound of my voice is very clear. The padding to the top of my head is thick and very soft. The microphone can be removed if desired. I have never owned the brand Razer before but so glad I made the purchase. If you have a windows computer these are the headphones for you.

I work from home. Needed something different than the Plantronics headset my work has provided me. I searched for a while to find a decent headset, and came to this, which does pretty well. CONS: Huge & Bulky, squeaks with glasses, range is OK. Cannot save configurations locally to the headset. PROS: Only needs to be charged like once or twice a week. Physical mute button on the headset. Can detach the microphone. Comfortable, but eventually gets hot after some time. Works without drivers, but you're stuck with the default configuration. Overall pretty good. Only complaints are minor and suitable for the price point. Works well for meetings and games.

I had this headset for 4 years until it finally stopped working and had to get a new one as my GSP ran out before I could use it. I wear this headset after work for at least 4-5 hours when I get on to play with my buds. It doesn’t hurt my head for long periods of time. The quality of the mic and audio is crisp and immersive. Battery life typically lasts me about a week if I play everyday for the hours I mentioned above. I can wear my glasses without it squeezing my glasses to my head! Overall just fantastic!

Pros: -Love the sound, pretty crisp, punchy when it needs to be, not too bass heavy and distorted. And at least when using them on my ps5, and the volume setting on the system set to the max, I can get good volume out of them. -comfortable, the cushions are soft, even they don’t have the pleather exterior I actually get good noise canceling out of these, I can tell by how my wife is waving her arms in the air yelling for my attention. -physically nice, they are on the light side, they may not seem like it but are sturdy and never worry about breaking or snapping something. Volume control knob is nice and controls are easy to find/memorize on the left ear cup. Cons: -adjustment, they don’t have set notches by any means, so they have a free and maybe a bit too loose of an adjustment for my personal taste, but I don’t find it enough a problem to where it would make them unusable. -Battery doesn't last 24 hours.

I needed a wireless headset as my SteelSeries Arctis Pro are wired. These were on sale at the time and reviews said they were very good. The arctis pros are better sound and mic quality but are heavier and after long use a little uncomfortable. Plus, they are wired. The Razer BlackShark V2 pro wireless are lighter on weight and sound/mic quality. There are always trade offs with different brands. Since I have both now. I can use one or the other depending on my need. The Razors are good. Just not great.

Headphones are decent, comfortable enough, but the synapse 3 software is trash. When I set THX spatial audio to the headset and set my digital output to my speakers as the fallback, it doesn't fallback like it's supposed to. According to Razer it only supports the headset and 3.5mm out, won't support digital optical out. But then it just randomly decides to change the default device on THX spatial to my digital output speakers and even with the headset turned on sound is coming out of the speakers instead of the headset. What the heck. Have to go back in and change it back to the headset for THX Spatial. The range is utter trash compared to my old logitech g930 headset. Had to get a usb extension cable and put the dongle up high on the wall near the ceiling to restore some range. My old G930 I could walk to my kitchen and make a pot of coffee and never miss a beat (with the dongle plugged into my front usb on my tower). The Razer, with the dongle plugged in to the same port, would disconnect in half the distance. I couldn't even make it to my dining room before it was disconnecting. Now with it up high on a usb extension cord I can make it to my coffee pot but the audio does still cut out a bit - which the G930 didn't do even plugged into the port on my tower - but at least I can make it there and it doesn't disconnect fully. Honestly wishing I had gotten the G935 instead, or just splurged on the Corsair Virtuoso rgb xt.

This has been the most comfortable headset I've ever owned and I've owned quite a few pairs and these are super light weight and apply no pressure to my head and they sound amazing. Razer knocked it out of the park with this one!

Hands down the best headset I've ever purchased. The vocal quality with the mic makes me sound as clear as the sky on a sunny day. The wireless feature has very low latency so sounds come through quick and clear. Hold the charge for a full day of gaming and it came with a good quality aux cord for those who'd rather a wired connection. I love the fact the microphone is detachable as well. My only gripe is, being a controller player, I use the mute button on the headset quite often as keybinds aren't an option. The gripe being, sometimes it's slightly difficult to tell the difference between the mute button being engaged or disengaged. Honestly it's not really a problem though. Great headset I'd recommend to everyone.

Great Headset, Premium quality, sound is great. The only thing wrong with this is the price. I love the wireless feature. Does everything it should, but it doesn't do anything more then expected to make it worth the price... No unique features to this headset. Could probably find one for cheaper that has the same features to be honest. I do like the sleekness and that the earmuffs are not leather. They are a much softer good feeling material. But besides feeling premium they are nothing special.

My everyday drivers. Good sound comfortable and good mic. I am a pc gamer and find these to offer good sound. I also have a pair of the Logitech G Pro X headphones and I usually choose the Razer’s to wear even though I like them both. My only gripe with the wireless is there are some crackles and pops if there are a lot of wireless connections in its range. Had to plug in when I went to Dream Hack and also during social gaming sessions.

Going on 2 years and still working like new. I love that I can switch between platforms with ease. Also audio quality is really nice considering the price. Very comfortable around the head and no sweaty ears thanks to the breathable pads. Definitely would recommend this to any console or pc gamer. Xbox users do keep in mind you need the audio jack connected from the headset to controller.
