The only slight (and I mean very minor) complaint is plugging in the mic attachment to the headphone can be a little confusing because you don't get a nice 'snap' and you have to fidget around with it a bit. With that said, the 3D/spatial audio gives me a great advantage in many games and I highly recommend these headphones.

It was a fantastic replacement to my old headset. Way better than the Kraken X for sure, which is also great.

No ear irritation or fatigue. The tactile mute button is great. I don't use the surround sound so I just plug in via 3.5 jack, but the option to do both is nice.
