The headphones are great but the software is intrusive garbage that makes popups and tabs you out of games and shows you ads whenever it feels

My husband has had this headset for close to a year and by now we would have had to buy a new headset because of our kids accidentally breaking it. We have had to replace microphone parts because of the kids but not the entire headset. My husband can tune the dogs barking and kids yelling for the most part while he has them on.

Sound quality is incredible. Mic is so-so. The way you adjust it I wish it was a little better than having two wires sliding up and down. Otherwise, very lightweight and sound quality is great.

I have the original version of these in BF3 garb. They look cool with no flashy rgb and look like headphones should... if they belonged to a chopper pilot. That said, I had to have them as soon as I saw them. Impulse buy that I dont regret. I didnt like the software or the USB dongle, so I tossed it and use phono. They are super comfortable for long periods too.

Very comfortable headset. Only flaws i would say, which are very minor are that the mic piece is not very stable, it tends to turn the whole insert even when moving the mic. Also the actual input that goes into the controller has a bend to it that sometimes gets in the way when holding the controller. Will all that said it is still excellent, comfortable and great sound!

Super value headset. Got this because my artic's 9x wasn't fully compatible with PC. Only gripe is the length of the headset wire, it's under 6ft, could be a bit longer.

These head phones work great! The only issue is that your head can get hot and sweaty while wearing them. I keep my fan on while gaming, so not a problem for me.

Works great, I am able to adjust the volume with the control on the headset without needing to pause and reload a program or game. At the same time, I am able to enjoy watching late in the night without being a disturbance to either family or neighbors while they continue to get the rest that they need.

I bought the base Blackshark as well without the THX Spatial audio piece and I way recommend getting this one. This one gives you absolutely no weird audio spikes whereas without using the USB adapter, it gives you some random jumpscares. Love the quality and its very comfortable, Never get tired of wearing it

Good headphones but couldn't get THX spatial audio to work, but love the usb sound card

I received this as an anniversary a few years ago and I use them daily.

I purchased this headset October 12, 2020. The quality for both sound and microphone are outstanding. It is now December 22, 2020 and the microphone is broken. After multiple attempts to locate the cause of the microphone not working it is now known that the actual headset microphone is broken. I do not recommend this for anyone specifically after researching how often this issue has occurred. The headset speakers still work and have great quality.
