    This is my second time purchasing this product and I've had the same problem with both items. I cannot get the mic to work no matter what I do how hard I try I cannot get the mic to work. It is quite annoying as I had the pro version before this the wireless version and it worked just fine I never had any issues with it but I wanted to go wired as I've switched to PC gaming and wired headsets to give better sound quality. I figured I liked the product so much and I had the nicer one so the cheaper one shouldn't be an issue but I've gone through two both of which I cannot get the mic to work on. Very disappointed is the sound quality is superb.

    For the price it is decent and very nice in comparison to other headsets. Just like with any other wired headset, every time the wire brushes against something it produces a nasty static sound. If this doesn’t bother you go for it, I personally just found it uncomfortable.
