We bought this four our sister who's old headphones were having problems. She said she didn't like the mic quality and we ended up returning them. She ended up getting a new pair of the same headphones she had before so she might just be picky.

These headphones are, in my opinion, a good middle of the road model to appease most average gamers. They are very lightweight and comfortable. The foam on either ear is very breathable but thick enough to block out most ambient noise. The headphones also have a removable microphone used for voice chat. The headphones come with a USB sound card that allows use of THX audio. The THX audio, while decent in sound quality, doesn't really compare, in my opinion, to other systems such as Dolby Atmos. If you want to truly unlock the best sound quality you have to pay for access. Voice and sound quality is relatively clear. The headphones have a volume know and mute button for the microphone. The earphones are adjustable for people with larger heads. All in all, not a bad set of gaming headphones. They work with most any game system that has a 3.5mm audio jack.

Used them professionally for a while but switched to a dedicated in ear monitor and xlr mic set up. Razer EQ in synapse 3 was honestly the most difficult part of set up

The built quality isn't good, literally the mute button got stuck inside, and I've barely had them for almost a week, and to make matters worse, I haven't even used them. So I returned them, and got a different brand of headsets.

Really good headset. Had a little trouble with the setup. The mic was not properly working. Eventually we figured out something in the set up and all worked fine.

great audio but very uncomfortable. hurts my ears after few hours of gaming. pads are not very breathable either. requires soft Not recommend for serious players. NOT MLG

Second headset. Last one was awesome til it died about 14 months in. Hopefully this will last longer. Price is decent as it has come down by almost half since my first purchase.

they seem better made than previous models... on previous models parts just fall off... have not used them enough to evaluate durabilty. sound quality just ok

Set up a gaming system for my middle son, and he picked out this headset. So far, he says everything is good with it.

This headset has terrible sound quality. Everything sounded muffled with ever game I played. It was not very comfortable either, I still heard a lot of background noise with them on.

Works way better than my Logitech G432. Easy to setup. Already had a Razer product so it essentially installed itself.

I’d say a 4. Kind of annoying having the push button to mute the mic compared to what I’m use to. But overall solid headset

it’s starting to give out on me after only a few months the left side slides down and you have to keep pushing it up the mic is staticky just dissatisfied with this product

Nothing really great about this headset. The sound quality is quite subpar and the volume is noticeably low which doesn't help much especially if you play a shooters game and need to hear footsteps. It's not a particularly comfortable headset neither. It looks cool but not enough to justify everything else being at or below average. I was disappointed with this product on day 1 and returned it shortly after. It's mindscratching how everybody online is thrilled with this headset.

Overall happy with this product. Sound can be a little muffled when trying to talk while gaming.

Got a defective product as the sound on the left side was more than the right side. Cannot comment about THX because of the issue. But it was very comfortable to wear and the razer synapse has a lot of EQ options which is great if you want to set your own sound profile. Overall disappointing for me.
