COMPLETELY DISSAPPOINTED - MIC STOPPED WORKING 1.5 MONTHS IN. I want to preface by saying... I have bought a LOT of headset in my day, from personal use to gaming headset for my (four) kids, from Bluetooth to wired and inexpensive to Bose and Audio Technica. These were not the cheapest I've bought but are by far the the quickest to stop working. Bought these for my daughter (15 y.o.) on Sept. 17th because they matched her gaming chair. She started using them the next day and in November people started telling her her mic had static and then she noticed ever time the chord would bump her body (kind of hard to avoid when gaming) it made even more of a static noise. By the beginning of December the mic didn't work at all. She has a nice/clean gaming setup, including a headset stand that she religiously uses. She takes very good cares of her space/things. Obviously purchasing these at Best Buy you have 2-weeks and 1.5 months is clearly past that meaning I have to go through the whole process of trying to get warranty work/replacement from the company directly. Time consuming and of course you cannot talk to anyone. And before you say it could be the controller port... I had her brother try them on his controller (which he uses headphones on successfully and with issues - HyperX) these headphone did not work with him either - it's the headphones!

These headphones are great. They fit comfortabley. They block a lot of outside noise.

For a cheap wired headset its definitely worth the price. Its going strong a few months later and ive had no issues

Comfortable to wear for long gaming sessions good mic

Works great, love the sound proofing of it. Only problem for us is the mute button on the back of the headphone.

Sometimes the mute button will stick, but I blame the size of the button for that rather than the mechanics. The sound quality is very good considering it’s a gaming headset and the mic quality is also very good considering the aforementioned.

Perfect for gaming, noise canceling makes it better to focus and the rotation mic is a great combination!

Sound clarity is really good, footsteps come out very clear for tactical games like Insurgency Sandstorm. Only 4 stars because the wire does spool a lil, and you can hear peoples phone calls if they are in vicinity and have old car bluetooth. I really like the sound dial, I will be buying a wireless version in the future.

The sound quality is really good. The high’s are just right, mid’s are a little low but better then some other gaming headphones I’ve used, and the bass is amazing. In fact the bass in these headphones feel more punchy then the studio headphones I have. The mic quality could be better but it gets the job done.

It is a fantastic product with clear audio and easy to use volume control.

Treat it well, and enjoy quality of nice engineered headset. For the limits of cable it is one of my favorite for sound and light on head. No issue on mic. Used on Xbox series xs. Buy again worthy.
