Comes with 7.1 Surround Software from Razr. Great quality sound. Battery life is pretty decent too.

Box arrived unopened, however upon opening the box on Christmas Day, discovered that parts required to set up and use headphones were not in the box. Called customer service only to be told that I could not return because 15 day return period expired. Took to store and returned.
