Now look, I have a Razer laptop I absolutely love and I experience no issues with the Razer software on that machine. But I've heard (seen) cases when someone has it running alongside other software and they experience some weird buggy issues that require dredging the reddit slums for answers. No thanks.

Best basic Razer RGB keyboard

I did have to upgrade due to I wanted the wrist support and the better music/volume controller on the top right (although that is 2-3x the price). This one does all the basics and looks really nice while at it!

I love the ability to customize the lighting and the fact that certain games actually control the lighting and at times the keyboard lights interact with some games I play. The lights arent necessarily individual to the keys so sometimes a light of a different color will fade slightly into a key near it. But for the price, the keyboard looks, feels, and sounds great. Its pretty quiet compared to the average keyboard.

Budget Friendly Option

The rgb lighting is really nice and it’s responds well using Signal. The keys feel a bit squishy and not very clicky. However it gets the job done and is a nice upgrade from any e-waste factory keyboard included in prebuilt systems. I would buy again if needed.

It can easily be set up to any rgb setting youd like using the Razer software. The keyboard even includes buttons to control volume in speakers or headphones. Its not wireless and it uses a usb cable to connect to your pc.

This is a great gaming keyboard, I have used with no problems quality is great for the price level and of course it has tons of features with software config

A good gaming RGB keyboard

The only downside is the keys are not replaceable nor are they very clicky. However, that has not been an issue for me even with that being what I wanted out of it. Would highly recommend at the price.

Great addition to work from home setup

I know this keyboard is a "gaming keyboard" however I like the key press and clicky sounds when I type. I would definitely recommend this keyboard for anyone needing a decent responsive and sturdy keyboard.

I caught it on sale and thought I would give it a try! I am so glad that I did because wow this thing is beautiful. Love the customization but the keys are super responsive. Most definitely will get Razer products in the future.

Reliable keyboard but...

He is pretty hard on them. This one so far has stood up to his abuse. It has good keys and is easy to type on. I don't care for RGB keyboards, but he loves it. Be aware that there is a bug in the driver software that I do not know if has been patched
