Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For starters I ordered a NEW device and received an open-box one... So on principal I am returning it. Secondly the triggers seem to be rubbing something awful, maybe it's not that big of a deal but I feel like that could cause issues later. For 100 bones I expected this to have quality higher than the 60 dollar controllers from other brands. I haven't notice any real lag from the controller which is definitely nice but overall the quality just bugs me. If I paid maybe 30-40 bucks for it then I wouldn't care as much. This is a return for me but I would probably re-buy it if I found it on sale for 30.

Doesn't work with xbox game pass
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this product today got home Look at the mechanics of the controller all buttons We're clicky the joysticks weren't sticky and nothing wrong with them But once I opened xbox game pass that's when it went down hill nothing worked I couldn't use it at all I'd go into a game and same Buttons worked but the Thumbstick wouldn't would move I thought it was the game so I tried another game but same results I don't think it's the product's fault alt I think it's Microsoft trying to stop 3rd party controllers working on their app It's sad but I'm not gonna keep a product I can't use

Good Controller, Does NOT come with Xbox Cloud.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The controller is great, works with my S21 phone, I bought this one because of the Xbox cloud gaming "bundle" version because the "base" one (W/o Xbox gaming) was not in stock, paid the extra 10, and figured I would try the gaming part. I went to enter my S/N number on Razer website and would not work, contacted them, and they told me they no longer honor the code with the android version, Thank You for purchasing. Thats it, If your going to get one of these, I personally like it, but save the money and just order the regular non X-box one.

Only fits standard phones
